Easy order process, deliver when they say they will, excellent products. A superb local business, friendly to deal with and good value. Bags of logs are always overflowing and the crates are perfectly stacked. Super helpful comms too.

Charlotte and Jamie have been amazing. We've recently had a burner fitted and didn't really have a clue where to begin. Seasons Logs were recommended to us by numerous people, and I can understand why. They have given us great advice and really helped us to get going. Nothing has been too much trouble, they're really passionate about their business and customer satisfaction is very important to them. The logs burn beautifully and seem to last ages. We ordered a crate which was tightly packed and great value for the quality. They quickly processed the order and arranged a delivery to suit. Jamie was keen to ensure we were storing the logs correctly and helped us to locate the crate in a suitable place. We would definitely vouch for this company. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Seasons logs are the only company I’d use for my logs. Not only are the logs of a premium quality, the service is incredible.

Have used this family run business for five years now. The service is exceptional and they accommodate dates, times which suits you. Our latest order was place yesterday and delivered today. As well as this we received a text message as to when it would be delivered and where we wanted the logs placing. The owner of the business (Jamie and Charlotte) even delivers himself. For me the product is top draw . The size and efficiency of the logs / burn is the best we have used for our log fire. Well worth the money compared to others in the Trafford / Cheshire area. Give them a go , you wont look back !

Quite simply AMAZING! Outstanding customer service and the by far the best quality wood/logs we’ve ever had. Jamie and Charlotte really care about their customers and always go above and beyond to help! We’d run out of wood just before last weekends chilly spell and they couldn’t have been more helpful ensuring we got the wood right in time. Can’t recommend highly enough. By far the best in the area.

I love summer but also look forward to winter when I can burn my logs which include olive logs which are delivered by Season’s logs .Charlotte & Jamie could not be more helpful if they tried from Charlotte taking order to Jamie delivering with a beaming smile . I’ve used Seasons Logs since they first started the business. I have always had fantastic service from both Charlotte and Jamie. I did used to shop around for my logs as I could find them cheaper but now I just go straight to seasons logs. You can really tell the difference in quality. I put three large logs on my stove and I’m set for the night. The cheaper logs would burn far too quick for little heat. Their wood for pizza ovens is amazing too

Fantastic service and quality logs. Was a bit nervous after I ordered a small crate as thought it might have worked out a lot more expensive then buying bags at a local shop. Well my fears were completely put to bed when it arrived and following the first night using them, wow massively value for money. Will certainly be using them again. Plus always a lovely touch when you get service with a smile. Fab job
