Since the below review, Ross reached out to me and I can honestly say it’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Ross was genuinely apologetic about my experience and has done more than enough to make up for it. It’s clear that it was just an uncommon hiccup from a small store that’s busy from their great reputation. Thanks again Ross for your help, it was greatly appreciated. I’m sure I’ll be purchasing again in future!

I haven't had a great experience with Seconds Out, I ordered on 28/02 and did not receive until 09/03 despite method being '24 hour tracked'. Before my order arrived, I received a delivery fee slip from Royal Mail that stated 'Sender did not pay full postage', I had to pay a further £3.50 for Royal Mail to deliver, after already paying £3.99 postage at time of ordering.
I have tried to get in touch with Seconds Out, but have not received a response and have since had to send another message in attempt to get my delivery fee refunded.
