I found Ben and his team, extremely helpful and supportive. I needed guiding through the process of selling my home, and Ben was always there to give advice. He was always quick to respond to my phone calls. I would very happily use him again. He gave a very professional service.

5 stars for Osborn Frankling.
House selling is supposed to be a stressful experience. Ben Frankling and his team have proved this a lie! The whole process of selling my family home has been quick, simple and professionally dealt with. It’s been a difficult time, then throw lockdown into the melting pot but Ben has made it easy, and shown great integrity whilst being polite, cheerful and gone the extra mile to be helpful. It only took him 3 days to find a buyer. Gold stars all round guys!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!
Couldn’t recommend Ben and his team more if I tried. Extremely professional, listened to our needs and found us our dream home.
For a very tricky sale and purchase due to owning my own business, Ben made it look easy. I know if I ever think of moving again there is only one company I’ll be using!! Thanks again Osborn Franklin

Impeccable service!
We used Osborn Franklin Estate Agents to sell our home and purchase our new one. From start to finish we experienced a consistent, excellent service. Ben and his team called us regularly with updates as well as to guide us on the next steps that we needed to take. As far as support goes this agency has put its heart and soul into making our experience as easy and as efficient as a house sale/ purchase can be. They are proactive, understanding, informative and keen to get the job done. Ben has assisted us in areas that an agent doesn’t really need to help with but showing us he would go the extra mile. We would 100% recommend them.
