Well I order 2 lamp, and lost 169 euro, this webshop is scam do not order here and they donot reply to my emails and telephone is not working.

Na 2 weken de bestelde giraffe lamp ontvangen. Kostte 39,99 en zag er mooi uit op de foto van de website. Blijkt een klein plastic speelgoeddier op batterijen te zijn. Waarde bij de Action hooguit 4€.
Oplichters, koop hier niet ! Schaam me dat ik er in gevlogen ben.

Ik plaatse een bestelling een maand geleden en kreeg tot nu toe niets aan. Twee mails gestuurd en geen reactie gekregen.
Ik vrees ook dat dit oplichters zijn, en omdat ze op hun website trustpilot vermelden, lokken ze zo mensen in de val. Spijtig, maar ik verwacht niets meer aan te krijgen...

First, I waited more than 2 weeks for the delivery even though the website promises delivery in just a couple of days.
Second, when I finally received the order the lamps turned out to be different than advertised. I immediately contacted the shop to request a return. It took more than a week to finally get their approval to take the item back. But the catch was it was at my own expense. I went to the post office where I was told I'd need to pay almost 80 eur to return the tracked package to China. And the lamps are worth 118 eur. Needless to say I'm stuck wit them.
Not recommended to use this website and service. It's cheating!

Scammers. I bought a lamp which does not have an on switch and does not switch on. The customer service will not respond to my messages. Really disappointing.

De lamp die ik heb besteld is van slechte kwaliteit! Hoewel het bedrijf doet alsof het Nederlands is, komt het pakket rechtstreeks uit China. De klantenservice is niet bereikbaar via e-mail, contactformulier en telefoon, dus ik kan de lamp niet retourneren. Absolute fail

2 lampen besteld,niet aangekomen, firma is onbereikbaar per telefoon,op mail wordt niet gereageerd

Bedrijf is telefonisch niet bereikbaar en reageert niet op berichten. Bestelling (lampje) kwam uit China. Heb ik wel ontvangen maar was tegenvaller. Ik bestel hier nooit meer.

Niet bestellen hier! Er wordt niets geleverd.

Pas op, bestel hier niet! Ben 127 euro kwijt door een lamp te hebben besteld die nooit aangekomen is. Ze zijn op geen enkele manier te bereiken. Stelletje oplichters!

Pure oplichterij.
Een perfecte nagemaakte verkoopsite maar bedrijf blijkt niet te bestaan.

Besteld product wordt niet geleverd. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar.
Na mailcontact volgt belofte dat pakket wordt geleverd, maar dat gebeurt niet.

Oplichters. Telefoonnummer werkt ook niet.

Watch out, scam. Cheap Chinese products, when you want to return they stop communication and don't adhere to the policy written on their own website. Still waiting to receive my return label.

This is seems to be a fraudulent company due to a non reactive behaviour following my attempt to return an order I received from them. No refund or contact from their side.
The product was sent directly out of China and this company seems to be operating under a false pretence of being a Dutch company.

I will update this review if the return process is successful.
