Senator Windows Opiniões

Got a door from Jamie.
From the moment we met with him I knew I was in safe hands.

Jamie sat down and went through all my options. He went through locks and showed us everything and advised best options. In the end we went and booked our door within 2 days of meeting with him.

When they came to install the door the fitters were great. Left the place clean and tidy and even put up the new letterbox on the wall. Saved me a job. Could not be more helpful and accommodating.

I have no issues in recommending Jamie and Senator to anyone and everyone. Best decision I ever made. Thanks Jamie much appreciated.

Appalling Workmanship and Service - Avoid Senator Windows

I recently hired Senator Windows for a full window installation at my home, and I am absolutely appalled by the experience. Out of the 11 windows installed, 4 were damaged during the process. The level of care and professionalism was nonexistent.

The installation team left my home in a disgraceful state: blobs of plaster were smeared on tiles, window sills were ruined, and the silicone work was a complete mess, with marks all over the reveals and sills. The finishing work around the reveals was so poorly done that my six-year-old could have done a better job. To top it off, every room was left filthy, with dust and debris everywhere. The so-called "dust mats" used by the team brought in more dirt than they protected against.

Despite leaving multiple messages for the project manager, John, I have received no response whatsoever. It seems that once they collected the final payment, they vanished, leaving me to deal with the aftermath. The entire experience has been frustrating from the start, with delays and a total lack of communication.

I am utterly dissatisfied with both the quality of the windows and the service provided. My home was left in a shocking state, and the workmanship was nothing short of cowboy work. Senator Windows is a company to avoid at all costs. I am currently awaiting a resolution, but in the meantime, I feel it’s important to share my experience to warn others.

Delighted with our windows. They look great and the installers were friendly, quick and professional. Highly recommended!

Worked with Nathan and the service was awesome!

Got a call this morning after requesting a quote for a door , such an unhelpful attitude no interest in providing me with a quote since we were purchasing our windows elsewhere. Disappointing customer service from such a well know company.

Recommend highly with Karl and his team in the south-east branch. They came on the day they said. Arrived at 9am done by mid afternoon, they Replaced existing pcv windows with new double glazing without leaving a mess. Out Priced four main competitors locally in Dungarvan area.Plus they are always doing jobs locally so if an issue ever arises they are easily accessible when contacted.

Pleasure dealing with Karl and the installation team so much so I recommended them to my parents for quote to change their doors and windows. Good price and installed on agreed timeline, very happy.

Seamless process from start to finish. The area manager met us to discuss our requirements and provided good guidance on what we needed, installation date was met and the fitters carried out their job very professionally. Everything was left as it was found. I am delighted with my new door and would have no issues in recommending this company. Many thanks Georgia

The windows are of top quality and look great. The lads who arrived did a fabulous job without too much impact on the house. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all building materials; which from past experience with other trades was a great surprise and relief.
I would recommend Senator Windows to everyone, the entire process from sales to fitting was done professionally and attention to detail.

Had our windows (few times) and door done by Senator, returning customer discount was a pleasant surprise. Our local sales agent Joe was very responsive and friendly. Fitters always did a good job especially with the back door, very neat and tidy no damage anywhere. The difference new windows made is SO worth the money and the wait. Go for it! Would recommend Senator 100%

Reliable and very professional from start to finish. From coming out to give a quote to date of installation they were there when they said they would be which is rare nowadays . We would highly recommend Senator Windows.

We live in a detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1905. We were told that one side (11 windows) would be replaced within 4 days. It was important to us to maintain the house's character. The fitters arrived in January and did exactly as they had promised. They were clean and tidy and very friendly. We would recommend Senator and will use them again for other windows.

Very happy with Senators company! The windows are fantastic. The crew that came to install those windows and they were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Senator company.

Peter

It took about two months from order to delivery.
Price I believe was very competitive.
Everyone I spoke / dealt with was exceptionally helpful
and efficient.
Senator did such a good job that I regret not having the job done long ago.
A pity I can only give a five star credit - the experience deserves more.

Absolutely delighted with the service and quality of products delivered. Installation of my whole house took a day. Definitely recommend

I recently had the windows in my apartment replaced by Senator Windows, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The sales person was a pleasure to deal with, making the selection process simple. The support and communication throughout the project, as well as afterwards, were exemplary.

The installation team was fantastic, showing great care for my property and working diligently to complete the job to the highest standard, despite the challenges involved.

I am extremely pleased with the final result, I can already tell that apartment is better insulated and quieter. I am grateful for the hard work and professionalism displayed by the entire team at Senator Windows. I would highly recommend their services.
