This company is great to deal with

This company is great to deal with. Had a minor issue with the sensor and they worked with me to get the issue sorted with ease. Great product, great customer service. Probably the best customer service I have ever recieved

The help wasn't efficient

The help wasn't efficient. It was slow, only one response a day even if an email was returned immediately after receiving one. The agent did many mistakes. I took 8 days to get a simple account issue fix

I had a faulty unit which was replaced after testing with regular communication and a timely resolution.

Very helpful and informative representative . Managed to upgrade my unit from home to reef , so that I have more parameters to monitor. Very pleased with the service
