I wrote a bad review last year
I write a review almost a year ago that wasn’t positive. I’m a mother of one child who passed last year due to cancer, she was 36. I was very hurt because every thing comes so fast, you can’t think or breathe. Burial, cremation, which funeral home, who to call, etc.
When we decided to go with Senior Life, Kyle David, regional sales director who sold us our policies came over two days after my daughter passed and helped the all her preparations. He told us that in the beginning and true to his word, he was at my dining table helping me. I was having difficulties with the policy because she passed before the two years of her policy. She did not have cancer when we bought the policies. Well, without a lot of misinformation and me being distraught, grieving and angry, I wrote my review, which is how I felt I was being treated. This put me in contact with Mr Mitch Conner. The gentleman who’s been with the company 34 years is amazing, compassionate and understanding. It did take us awhile to figure it all out. He worked tirelessly with his wonderful staff, there are thousands of clients and they treated me like I was their only one.
I apologize for my emotions and hurt doing my talking. I also apologize to the two employees I offended, I did, I am truly sorry for that. So, the bottom line is to take a breath before saying hurtful words that the whole world can read. I still have my policy with Senior Life for 2.5 years and I’m keeping it. This is a good company. I received 5 Star treatment! Thank you again Mr Mitch Conner, thank you
