Amazing customer service 24/7

I contacted the team via live chat and spoke with Terry. Absolutely amazing service, patient and very informative (I had like a million questions to ask). Terry was very prompt with the replies.

Kai was very helpful

Kai was very helpful, and answered my query promptly. Only taking a star off, as I feel the product description should mention possible transit times to UK, and then 72 hours for results, instead of implying a faster turnaround - but that has nothing to do with Kai's customer service!
