I ordered a sensitivity test and was really disappointed with how long the process has taken. It took 11 working days just to get an email confirming my sample had reached the lab — even though I sent it Royal Mail 1st Class. When I contacted the company, I was told it can take 5–10 working days for samples to arrive, which they blamed on postage.

After that, I was told results take 3–5 working days, but it’s now been much longer and I still haven’t received anything.

To be fair, one representative I spoke with via email was very helpful and apologetic. He kept me updated and even sent requests to the lab twice to try and speed things up — but unfortunately, that seems to have gone unheard.

Overall, the customer service from him was great, but the process itself has been far too slow and frustrating.

The website/purchasing process was misleading. It never really says that you are purchasing a digital option vs. a physically delivered kit. The email came, and it seemed that I was to complete it/print it off ONCE my physical kit came. So, I waited two weeks for the kit to arrive... when one was not being sent. When I reached out, customer service was very helpful - BUT confusion could have been eliminated if it had been better communicated that there were TWO options, and it had been clearly stated which one was purchased.

Had a question about why my results are taking so long and Shawn on the live chat explained how it usually takes 3-5 business days to process results etc, so I was put at ease, however it does say 48hr results and it’s been over that time but I guess post can get delayed.

The chat on their website is very helpful on the query I had I didn’t print the form out when I completed it so Cameron was able to send me the links so I was able to finish the process.

Unfortunately the first sample that I sent got lost in the post but I had a very helpful person called Shawn who very promptly organised to send me out a new test kit and was super efficient in his communication.

Terry was super helpful with my query today! I’ve been putting off doing this test for a year as was unsure i’d still be on the system but thanks to Terry, he confirmed my order and allowed me to upgrade my test. Very quick and professional!
