I have been trying to recover my SEOClerk account (Username: RSEO1) since July 25. I submitted a support ticket via Zendesk and sent multiple emails, but I have not received any response from the team.

Please take this seriously and provide me with a resolution or at least an update. I am ready to provide any verification required to restore my account.

Ive just got scammed. Seller had all positive ratings. Ive placed order and he waited till it automatically expire. Now i cant get refund, I cant leave review. Terrible site. Its just scammers

SEOClerks has become a place full of scammers. Be cautious when placing an order, because even if you don't receive anything, their support team doesn't take any action and you end up losing your money.
PS: don't trust postive reviews here, they are all fake.

Bad Marketplace, seoclerk customer care bad service.

This company has been incredibly disappointing to work with. After successfully running my business on their platform for years, I encountered significant challenges when attempting to open a new account following a business partnership split. Despite providing the same services I have offered for 15 years, my application was repeatedly rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of transparency and fairness in their decision-making process has been extremely frustrating.

They're scammer ..3 years ago they closed my account without giving any reason...And in the meantime, I got busy with another freelancer platform, so I couldn't apply again. After 3 years, I found out that Seoclerks are reopening accounts... So I tried to reopen..and they asked me for ID. And let me tell you one thing, when ID is asked for when you have to open your account or do verification, they take me the ID which I had, but they didn't even open my account, they said you have done a violation of terms and I had dollars in it, they didn't give that either. Why did they ask for my ID. After submitting the ID, their email comes saying they cannot open my account .The ID is only asked for verification, not to open an account. I am most angry about why they took my ID. This seemed like the most fraudulent option to me. In the same email, they told me that your account is empty and we don't have any dues on it. While I have some dollars in my account. So Please do not offer your services here or purchase your services from here... They are totally scammers.

Don't do any kind of online marketing as they just use click farms and bots. When you complain about it and ask for a refund they do nothing about it. Brandon seems to want to try and help but Beverly could care less and says there's nothing they can do.
