Absolute worst HVAC service ever
Absolute worst service ever - multiple dates. I had a brand new $18,000 Trane installed 3 months ago. It doesn't work. After 3 visits of service people saying "it is working now" someone finally checked the outside unit to see it completely encased in a block of ice. Took 2 more days to get them to defrost. Ordered a part and a week later I am still needing to use the insanely expensive emergency heat in single digit temps because they never seem to get here to fix. Add to that the fact that for every appointment they showed up very late and outside the scheduled window. And each time I ended up having to take a full day off from work. Today I was scheduled to be 1st customer and the window was 8 am to 9:30 am. Still a no show at 10:20. THIS IS A BRAND NEW SYSTEM so they should have been falling over each other to get it fixed. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. If you are wanting a Trane HVAC go somewhere else. This company is beyond horrible.
