I viewed a property with Veronica of Seven Keys, the flat was Well presented and clean. I was met there by Veronica Harding, very lovely woman, bright and cheerful, helpful and informative, no messing around either, she had my offer off to the landlord before i left the property. I would definatly use this company again, all in all just a positive experience.

I found Ross and the Sevenkeys team were efficient from start to finish, Ross totally put us at ease with selling process.
When Ross inform us that our house was on live on various sites and within the hour we had a booking for viewing.
After 3 days of viewing, we had 11 full offers of asking price and above.
Would recommend to everyone, they were fantastic estate agent.
Also NO hard sale, Ross is a gentleman.

From the other reviews, it seems that if you are selling a property, Seven Keys are great. For us, as buyers, we were disappointed. On move in day we found the property had been left in a filthy state and the gardens full of the previous owners possessions and rubbish, despite the total clearance of the property being a condition of our purchase. We are now having to pay for the garden clearance and rubbish to be removed. We viewed the property twice with the owners, but it might have be useful for a representative of Seven Keys to have been in attendance, but hindsight is a wonderful thing! Ross has contacted us recently regarding this issue and offered any assistance he can.

Excellent service from Seven keys. Had been through two different estate agents prior to seven keys with no success at selling my property. Within two weeks of being with seven keys my property was sold. Ross and team responded to my queries within a timely manner and I could not fault any part of my experience with them.

Initially we weren't sure what we were going to get with Seven Keys due to their prices being so low, but we were pleasantly surprised.
Ross listened to our opinions and offered his advice throughout. We had 4 viewings in the first few days and accepted an offer after just over one week of being on the market.
Ross was fantastic all the way through a long and drawn out sale. Both Ross and the team were exceedingly efficient and provided excellent communication throughout a stressful time. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again myself without question.

As a private landlord I was reluctant to give up "control" and was cautious as to the selection of tenants. I chose Seven Keys for their apparent transparency. Now about nine month in, through Covid and a challenging year they have been exemplary. The tenant selected has paid each month as agreed and the rent is paid within a day. Easy, transparent and excellent communication.
