inacurate information about delivery and account access
The email acknowledging my order said I could track the progress of the delivery by FEDEX but the consignment number was not recognised by FEDEX. The email also said I could log on to my account but the website didn't recognise my email address.
Despite this, the item I wanted did arrive. So not a complete disaster!

Many thanks for your review. I'm sorry you experienced problems with the tracking through FedEx online, I'm afraid this was a problem with the FedEx website. I'm happy to confirm 2 team members emailed you with updates for your parcel confirming the tracking and progress, and goods were delivered the same day.

everything was there as it was shown (only problem i got was the item i bought looks like it was ment to be in a larger pack as information seems to be missing) that was probably nothing to do with sexhealth.co.uk

On this occasion very bad
In my first order the wrong item was sent. When I re-ordered I discovered on opening the parcel that only ONE of the TWO items ordered and paid for had been sent. Though I immediately emailed back to say there was an item missing from the delivery I have heard nothing further.
