Had my microwave 5 years and the paint…

Had my microwave 5 years and the paint inside beneath the glass turntable has split! I had my previous microwave for over 30 years and never had a problem with it. From the outset I have had to wipe the interior after every use to stop it going rusty and have taken good care of it yet now i have to replace it for something I have never heard of happening. Again, this never happened with my previous machine and I do wonder if they are deliberately made differently so that people need to replace them. Will definitely not buy Sharp again.

Unable to Contact Sharp Worldwide – No Support for a Simple Refrigerator Spare Part

I am writing this complaint because I have been unable to reach Sharp through any official channel, including email, global contact forms, regional websites, or customer service pages. Every attempt to contact Sharp Japan, Sharp Europe, and Sharp Middle East has failed.
Emails bounce back as address rejected, and official websites constantly return errors or page not found.
This is extremely disappointing for a global brand.

My issue is simple:
I own a Sharp SJ-GC700V-BK refrigerator, and one of the inner door shelves broke. I contacted the authorized service in Turkey, but they informed me that:

The spare part is not available,

They do not know when it will be available,

They cannot provide a price,

And they cannot offer any alternative solution.

Because Sharp no longer operates officially in Turkey, there is no distributor, no customer support, and no way to obtain even the most basic spare part.

I tried contacting Sharp Japan directly, but their email addresses reject all incoming messages.
I tried Sharp Middle East (Turkey’s regional support), but their website returns a system error and does not accept the inquiry form.
I tried Sharp Europe, but Turkey is not listed in their contact options.

In summary:
A global company like Sharp should not leave customers without any possible way to reach support.
It is unacceptable that I cannot obtain a simple door shelf for a refrigerator or even reach someone to ask for help.

I expect Sharp to urgently provide:

A valid point of contact for international customers,

Availability or supply information for the refrigerator spare part,

A proper customer support response.

This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the Sharp brand.

Unhappy with Sharp refrigerator

We bought a Sharp refrigerator. Between one and two years it failed. Contacting the dealer in Leyete Philippines were were advised to have it regassed at 20% of purchase cost with a 3 month guarantee. It lasted 3 days. It appears that the condensor has breached. A replacement advised in one month - that was 5 months ago. You have been warned

Appliances rubbish and customer service ineffective!

Bought a sharp TV a few years back and it constantly had issue connecting to the Internet, total waste of money and I couldn't even get the update from shark on usb because the TV serial number is behind the TV wall mount which I obviously can't get to! I have proof of purchase ony amazon account and they wouldn't provide me with the update even though I have proof of purchase. I have no one to take my TV down to get to the serial number, I refuse to pay someone to take it down just to get a serial number when I have my receipt and proof of purchase. I WILL NEVER purchase another sharp appliance again due to their ineffective appliance and customer service!

Purchased a Sharp Microwave R272M…

Purchased a Sharp Microwave R272M online.
Works excellently and quite quiet but what a difficult control panel to read!!! Small white print on a light grey background. We have to use a torch to read it. Should be backlit or better print colour to see. Obviously whoever designs these things do not use them. Wish I had seen in a showroom before buying. Otherwise good.

Muy mala gestión

Muy mala gestión, compré una placa de inducción en eureka de Villena y me garantizaron que hacía una buena compra en calidad precio y que no tendría ningún problema...... a lo que me dejé aconsejar.
Cuando la probé ya me di cuenta que hacía mucho ruido de ventiladores, luego cuando llega a la ebullición se para de golpe para empezar de nuevo a calentar, pero lo más sorprendente es que cuando se apaga, a la media hora se ponen a funcionar de nuevo los ventiladores, algo también muy relevante es que la botonera de touch no va bien y cuando subes la temperatura ya no baja y viceversa.
Llamé a la tienda en pleno confinamiento explicando lo que le pasaba antes de los 15 días y dijeron que la tenía que llevar yo....a lo que me la jugué al ser de otra comunidad y la llevé, pero entonces dijeron que esa marca no devolvía sólo reparaban, así que me enviaron al técnico el cual me dijo que la marca era patatera y que me tenía que haber gastado el dinero en algo mejor, que el ruido es normal y todo lo que le pasa es normal con lo cual solo me cambiaba el touch y no podía hacer nada más.
Me parece surrealista que una placa haga ruido a la media hora de apagarla y que no me hayan cogido la garantía.
Parece como que le tienen miedo a la marca…no entiendo nada…solo sé que la placa al parecer me la he de comer yo.
EXIJO CAMBIO O DEVOLUCIÓN para poder volver a confiar en la marca SHARP.

I had VHS from them long long time ago and I do not see anything like that really anyway. They were very very good a long time ago, but now I do not see how it's happening. Chinese really outnumbered them as well as Koreans, it's hard for them, but buy them - they are good.

The worst responded sharp more than 25 years ago

25年以上前に、留守番電話の修理を依頼しましたが、訪問した際、現物を目視し、質問に2~3回答しただけで、出張費用を請求された経験があります。顛末は省略しますが、最悪でした。I asked for repair of an answering machine more than 25 years ago, but when I visited, I visited the actual thing and visited and asked for a business trip cost just by answering 2 or 3 questions as a question. I will skip the story but it was the worst
