I was very surprised to recieve my parcel on the day after my order as you used Royal Mail who are usually slow, ordered on Friday arrived Saturday before 10am.

Worst customer service and Rude Staff. STAY AWAY.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff are disrespectful, unprofessional, and unable to handle even basic questions about data protection without becoming upset. I contacted their main branch in Germany — they didn’t bother to respond.
This company has no integrity, no customer respect, and no interest in fixing problems. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn others not to trust this company.
