Venue was excellent, food and entertainment same. Accommodation was poor, chalet Jay 009 overlooking an unkempt grass bank . Sorry I didnt take any pictures

Absolutely horrendous This is not typical of Warner Hotels. Food very uninteresting barely warm. No chefs breakfast poor continental buffet cardboard toast. Flask served tea and coffee

The venue was very good, and the service from both Shearings' and Warner-Lakeside's staff was fantastic. But, and it's a Big But, the coach travel time to and from the venue - 7 hours to get there and nearly 8 to get back - was just awful. We were only going from Kent to Hampshire!. It was such a shame. Everything else was geared up to enable older and/or less able people to get full benefit from the facilities, but 7 hours of sitting on a coach, wiwth only one half hour break to stretch limbs, feed and water, and take care of other necessities, was exhausting and stressful. Sorry, Shearings - It was a five-day break. The three days in the middle were lovely.

The food was cold at times and the position of our dinning table was poor we could only watch the entertainment on a monitor. Having stayed at Cricket St Thomas las year we found a big difference and Lakeside is not for us.
It was very nice place nice and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and would come back to stay here.
Shearings outings and driver great. Hotel facilities below what we expect from warners - rooms too small , entertainment poor. Food great .
