Excellent quality and service

Ordering was easy, and delivery was made a week later.
I had been concerned that I had made a mistake after reading some of the reviews that I found online, but I need not have worried. I purchased the upgraded version and I could not be more pleased with the quality.
The delivery team rang the day before, as promised, a delivery time slot was texted that morning, and the driver rang 30minutes before arriving and was on time too. He was cheerful, polite and considerate, and could not be more helpful.
The shed has yet to be put up, but we have it stored it safely, ready for when the weather improves. It will certainly be an upgrade on our old shed.

Purchased a shed its very poor quality…

Purchased a shed its very poor quality massive gaps within 3-4 months very poor after service sent out replacement slats that would not have done anything blamed it on it not being treated even though it was very poor product after service and customer service do not use

We do recommend that our products are treated immediately as per the product instruction. Timber expands and contracts very severely if not protected with treatment.

14’ x 5’ shed Problems

Ordered a 14’ x 5’ shed. Two side panels that arrived were two tall. Also roof panels appeared to be from a different style shed. Replacement panels would only be available 2 weeks after installation started. Instructions provided not clear. Instructions showed joists but no joists provided. Luckily the installers I had employed to erect was also good at carpentry and so was able amend and improvise. Would not recommend or buy from them again

Even though , in midst of COVID 19 pandemic , and with few staff operating, the team were very accommodating and keeping well informed .

The shed ordered was fitted by a very friendly , efficient fitter , Dean .

I take this opportunity to convey my heart felt happiness to the entire team .

Shedgate- buy your shed somewhere else!

Honestly I have renamed my whole experience with this company as "shedgate" as it has been so awful. I ordered a low apex shed in April which turned up within a few weeks. When my builder came to install it he laughed and said the height of the panels are less than 5 ft, several are missing and the ones delivered don't match up. He said it looks like they have thrown a lot of odd panels together described it as a shed and charged you £950. When I phoned up I was offered something to increase the height at cost of a further £450. I politely declined that and asked for shed to be collected. This was arranged within a week of asking although it has taken two attempts and a further three weeks and two emails to get a refund. Hats off to Hannah who always responded promptly to my emails and delivered great customer service, it’s such a shame that the entire product and process isn’t anywhere near as efficient as she is.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered a large shed on 4.5.21 and paid. Received confirmation email and 10 day delivery timeline. Then heard nothing. No answer on phone so many emails sent with excuses and then 25-30 delivery timeline. Well that’s up today and no shed. Emails keep saying next week, then the next week but unable to give a date. This firm is a joke with awful customer service and lies lies and more lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO SHEDS IN STOCK AND WILL NOT DELIVER

The Leaning leaking shed of Horley

The sheds look good on the internet, go and see them before you commit. Mine leeks I reported this in February it is now June all I am told is when we can we will get to you as soon as possible. They installed the base and the shed and it leans to one side, they told me that if I didn't make sure the base was level then it could lean to one side

Fobbed off and still waiting...

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY...

Ordered a £1900 shed in April. Now second week of June. Still no shed. Week after week after week I'm told it keeps getting delayed for a variety of reasons. Really not happy.

OK, so latest update. Shed delivered (3 weeks late). Windows and doors missing. Called 5 TIMES before I got an answer. Now the missing bits are going to be couriered out NEXT WEEK. Further, numerous panels with cracks and gaps. Absolute joke of a company.

If I could give less than one star, I would.

Absolutely awful customer service - avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful customer service - do not buy a shed from this company.
There were a few initial problems which were sorted and at first the service seemed good. They couldn't supply the shed we wanted and offered us another which we accepted. Then they wouldn't install as the levels were uneven - this was acceptable and we arranged for our local builder to install.

Then we heard absolutely nothing, we waited weeks for delivery - you can't phone them because they don't answer the phone and we sent several emails that were all ignored. They NEVER reply to emails.
Then the shed was delivered missing crucial support parts which our builder had to go and buy. The roof still doesn't fit and we can't finish installation as they still won't reply to emails to tell us when they are going to send the missing parts.
This is the most depressing customer service experience I have ever had. I am reduced to writing this review in the hopes that it might make them make contact. I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible.
Awful shoddy service - I can't stress enough do not buy a shed from this company.

"Available" shed turns out to be out of stock

In April we were looking for a metal shed and found one on shedswarehouse.com. I looked on the Wednesday and there were 9 available. We ordered it on the Friday when it said there were 7 available. Having paid for it we received an email saying that there were none in stock and they would not arrive until the end of May and then it would be another 20-30 days to shipping it to us. We complained as they said they were in stock. The response was that they only had a small team and could not keep the website updated. However, they had been able to update it from Wednesday to the Friday, and it was clearly incorrect. It felt like misrepresentation, but of course it could just have been that they sold the other 7 on the Friday morning. We would have asked for a refund but were tired of looking for sheds so decided to wait. However, given the negative reviews on here I am not at all sure that that this was the right decision. I hope we are not in for a rough ride in the way other people have been. Here's hoping for better service than we have received so far.

This whole experience is turning into a…

This whole experience is turning into a nightmare. After waiting weeks for my shed after initially being told 7-10 days to eventually arrive at 9 pm last night. All the materials etc in my garden due to length of wait are now ruined. The shed has two roof panels missing now too and the quality is really not the bestI’ve phoned yet again and now awaiting another response.

So very disappointed in this service

Wanting a refund

I didn't mind waiting nearly 2 months for my order (given the current climate) even though on their website it said it would be delivered within 7 days when I originally made the order.

Shed arrived today damaged and is not the colour shown in the image advertised on the website. Have contacted them to pick the shed up and issue a refund. Let's see how long this takes to get sorted....

Firstly the shed came late it took 4 weeks .Then promised me £50 goodwill gesture for being late never received that and too top everything the glass that game with shed was too big for the openings
