SCAM stuff - also known as MARYLAND SQUARE

This company is SOOOO dishonest, no question. Said they delivered a pair of 175 dollar shoes- and when I called because the shoes had never arrived, they gave me SUCH a runaround - the woman had to pass it on to a supervisor because I paid through PayPal (?!) and arrange for this supervisor to call me (gave me some nonsense number I was supposed to give said supervisor which she never asked for) - and she did (at the wrong time by two hours, which ostensibly HAD to be scheduled) only to be told that I needed to take it up with Paypal, since Shoemall have recorded that the shoes were delivered. Such BS. Wish I'd seen these reviews first. MARYLAND SQUARE is the other name for this crap company. BUYER BEWARE.

I orderd shoes in mid January for my wife so she could get them for valentines day, never got a shipping notice or anything not a word from this company. January 23 i tried calling but got this virtual garbage that ended up texting a person, i asked why I haven't heard anything they looked everything up and told me the order was on back order and they wouldn't be sent until the 19 th of February so I told the woman to cancel the order because it defeated the purpose she told me she would send me a cancelation notice to my email, once again not a word .I made an order from another company. Now the 29 th they took money out of my account and said the order will be there the 31 .this is a piss poor company and I will spead the word about this garbage of a place. I would advise anyone not to do business with these people.

Worst customer service I’ve ever…

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They made an error on their end and shipped out my package with the wrong shipping method. I paid for extra shipping and they tried to tell me that I did not. They asked me to send them my email receipt as well as the shipping email showing the express shipping. I did that and then never heard from them again. They did not try to make anything right or care that they messed up and I did not receive a Christmas gift to give on time. I would avoid this company.

Buongiorno, il 13 settembre ho fatto un ordine su Zalando prive', un paio di Nike che ahimè non è mai arrivato.
Ho subito ricevuto una mail di conferma da Cservice con un numero di tracciabilita'( cliccandoci mi diceva che l'ordine era in giacenza in Thailandia).
Ho aspettato un paio di mesi poi ho iniziato a inviare delle mail di chiarimento ma ho sempre ottenuto risposte gentili ma molto vaghe.
Nell'ultima mail ho chiesto il rimborso che non è mai arrivato!!
Ho chiamato il numero ufficiale di zalando prive' che a quel punto mi ha confermato che se si effettua un ordine passando da altri canali( Facebook- Istagram) è una truffa!!

Backorder of item cancelled.

Ordered an item in mid-November. Item was on backorder. One month later I was notified that the item was no longer available. Well, the item is widely available, just not for the price that I paid in November. I think ShoeMall didn't want to follow through on the order for the price I paid.
After posting this review, ShoeMall responded that the shoe I had ordered was available for the same price if I wanted to reorder. Why in the world would they cancel my order and then say I could reorder the item? Maybe they are just incompetent.

Zero stars would be too many for this garbage of a company. Also, beware that this company has other website and scams like Marylandsquare.com. They are selling items they don't have and putting on them on backorder and then claiming they don't see the order when you try to cancel the backorder. Live chat doesn't work and no one answers the phone

fed ex delivered to wrong home

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I placed an order for my daughter’s shoes almost two months ago, and I still haven’t received them. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered, but I never received it — and I have no idea to whom or where it was actually delivered. This is unacceptable. I feel misled and frustrated by the lack of clear communication and responsibility. Please investigate this matter urgently and either provide proof of delivery or issue a full refund. Companies and online stores should not be allowed to treat customers this way. I expect your prompt response and resolution.

Procederò anche con una formale…

Procederò anche con una formale denuncia di truffa alle autorità competenti, ma ci tengo che altre persone non commettano il mio stesso errore: in data 10/09/2025 ho effettuato un ordine su un sito sponsorizzato come "Zalando Privè" (da cui avevo già acquistato in passato, senza alcun problema). Conferma d'ordine per due paia di scarpe Nike, importo totale scontato 52,20€. Mi vengono in realtà addebitati 62€ + 1,10€ di commissioni per pagamento in valuta estera e subito invio una mail di reclamo per questo disservizio. A questa mail ricevo risposta vaga e non risolutiva. La cosa peggiore è che, dal tracking fornito, la merce risulta consegnata il 13/10/2025, ma non è assolutamente vero. Non è mai arrivato nulla e alle mie richieste di spiegazioni continuo a ricevere risposte evasive e non risolutive. Pessima esperienza, fate attenzione a questi truffatori!

BUYER BEWARE

This company is so idiotic that A-they don't have any idea what FedEx requires to ensure a pack is actually delivered B-they will not own or correct said address mistakes, they are unable to contact FedEx to correct their error, even given my physical and po box addresses they chose po box address which FedEx will NOT deliver to C-they hold your money hostage for up to a week while they wait for the shoes they sent that will NEVER make it to the customer to arrive back D-they try to get you to purchase a second pair at your expense while waiting for first pair to get out of FedEx limbo
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CISTOMERS

Κακή εμπειρία- Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση

Έκανα παραγγελία στις 5/7, πλήρωσα κανονικά με κάρτα, και μέχρι τις 15/7 δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση. Αναγκάστηκα να επικοινωνήσω εγώ η ίδια (μετά από αρκετές αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες) για να μάθω τελικά ότι το προϊόν δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο, λόγω “τεχνικού λάθους” στο σύστημά τους.

Μου είπαν πως θα προχωρήσουν σε ακύρωση της παραγγελίας και ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων. Αναγκάστηκα να στείλω και 2η φορά το μέιλ για την επιστροφή χρημάτων, καθώς το πρώτο έμεινε αναπάντητο για ακόμη μια φορά, και τελικά με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα προχωρήσουν άμεσα στην επιστροφή- συγκεκριμένα μέχρι το τέλος της περασμένης εβδομάδας- κάτι που φυσικά δεν έχει γίνει ακόμα, παρότι έχουν περάσει εβδομάδες. Καμία σοβαρή ενημέρωση, κανένα ενδιαφέρον.

Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι απογοητευτική και η καθυστέρηση στην επιστροφή χρημάτων απαράδεκτη. Πολύ κακή εντύπωση γενικά. Δεν το συστήνω σε κανέναν.

Shoemall: takes too long to ship and too long to reach customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes on June 26th. A label was created the next day, but they still haven't been shipped as of July 9, 2025. I have called twice and each time had excessively long wait times on the phone and they have not been able to address the situation.

Shoemall substituted my order without notice

Ordered two pairs of socks and received a the wrong product. Shoemall substituted my order with an item of lesser quality due to only one in stock. The representative stated they would remove the one remaining from their stock and allocate them to my swap and to send the old ones back. Once the item was delivered back to shoemall, I was then advised they didn't have the remaining stock allocated. I kept one pair due to their stock only showing one remaining expecting a discount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Shoemall.com Honestly use to be a great online shopping experience for me to get all my footwear.
Covid happened.Then Shoemall.com customer service got bad.
Their online store was great before covid. Covid happened.
Now the selection of shoes has decreased a lot.
Another issue is they only use FedEx shipping service. FedEx delivery drivers are not honest.
Because I live in nyc I get the signature required to receive my package.
I called customer service on March 07,2025
To inform the customer service representative that my delivery days is Saturday and I will not be available. Her only response was, she can't help me after I asked her to send a digital note to FedEx asking them to hold my package for pick up.
Bit then wanted me to give her a good review on a survey.
I refused and hung up.
Moving forward I'll go to famous footwear or DSW to get shoes...
Shoemall.com customer service is simply not good. I would prefer to pay more money for my shoes and get a good customer service experience.

Total ripoff

I orderer a pair of sneakers today and entered a promo code they gave me.
I scrolled down and saw the price of 41-42 dollars. ( don’t have a picture) . This is what I saw when I confirmed the order after logging into PayPal. A while later I noticed a confirmation from PayPal about a 62 dollar charge. I called Shoemall and they kept asking me the code. I didn’t have it in front of me but I said that there was a code on the website right now and I bought them today. She tried to say that the code was expired ! I went back to the website and did another order without placing the order and it accepted the code that she was claiming was expired. Ot said it expired at 11:69 cst. It’s still not 11:59 cst! Soo dishonest!

Refused to honor an offer they sent

Received offer directly from company for 25% off a regular price item. Offer use requirements were that order was prior to 1/28/2025 expiration date and that brand was not on their exclusion list. Hoka was not on this list. Order refused as "Hoka is an excluded brand". Sent customer service a screen shot of their website excluded brand list that didn't include HOKA. They refused to honor offer. 3 days later HOKA now suddenly appears on this list.

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHOEMALL. After receiving a return, and acknowledging receipt, they take 20 business days, to issue a refund. Horrible.Dont buy from them, through Amazon either.
