very quick delivery, lovely sandals just like having slippers on. how the back pulls on instead of doing a buckle well worth the money.

Ordered two pairs of soft shoes on line as I couldn't find my size in store.
Happy with my purchase but unhappy not to receive notice of delivery and find my parcel in my front garden in view of anyone passing having been thrown over my gates,
I think Shoezone should review the delivery company they use.

A well-made, comfortable pair of slippers. Arrived very quickly and of excellent value as very reasonably priced.

I have been a Shoezone customer since at least 2012 (that is 14 years).
Some time ago my password was not recognised. The site would not allow me to reset it either.
Their CS told me my account had been suspended ¨for lack of activity¨.
My previous purchase had been 6 months before and I had visited the site several times since then.
I was told to create a new account.
Today I did just that. However, I could not sign in, despite that new account having been accepted and verified.
I contacted the chat and they told me I needed to use a different email. I did, same story.
A total waste of time and lack of transparency from the company.
I believe they changed parameters in their system. I might not have been the only customer left out, but they won't acknowledge or admit it.
I had to make a purchase as a guest, since I am short of time to find that item elsewhere. I hope I won't have issues should I need to return it.

Excellent product, excellent service up to my front door! I requested that the parcel be left in the porch. It was left outside for all to see.

Non intrusive service. Offered shoe horn when sitting to try shoes. Future plans when assistants saw several bus time tables in my hand......very sympathetic when I said my wife had died a few weeks before.

We don't have any shoe shops in our town that are not catering for tourists, and my nearest Shoezone shop closed, but I am very grateful for this online one as you get next day delivery.
