Much better

The shopping was easy, checkout was straightforward. My problem is that the seller sold me a phone that wasn't paid off so T-Mobile locked it and now it's useless. I've reached out to Abunda for the past 3 days and the only real responses I've gotten are to ask for my order number and to let me know the seller wants me to return the item for a refund. I explain I don't want a refund, I want a replacement and have gotten no response at all. I've reached out to the seller as well and they have not responded. I'm so frustrated by the lack of follow through and the fact that I can't even call and talk to someone because there is no contact number. Not that it matters anyway since I don't have a phone I can use to make calls or send texts.

UPDATE:
After posting this review, Kathan reached out to me and we were able to get the issue resolved. Kathan was super responsive and helpful. I got my replacement within 3 days and it's been great ever since. I would use them again if the need were to arise.

Abunda works as a marketplace, which means the prices and deals you see usually come directly from the seller (often Amazon or other retailers). We focus on giving customers more ways to pay, including options that are advertised as no credit needed, like our lease-to-own plans. We also offer other plans where applying does not hurt your credit.

Easy to order

Easy to order, easy to pay, quick delivery. Best thing about Abunda is Kenndra in customer service. I had an issue and Kenndra advised me on how to resolve my issue, and followed through with the suggestions. Thank you Kenndra 😃

I've used this company many times now…

I've used this company many times now and always had a wonderful experience. Timely delivery, packages secure, and excellent customer service!

Also, you can use the search option to find and order any product available on Amazon!

AWFUL

Well, I ordered an IPad last week. When the package arrived in the area I realized it got stuck there. When I inquired to UPS about why it has not moved. They tell me Abunda added shipper instructions and they cannot release my package until Abunda contacts them to lift the hold. When I reached out to Abunda detailing this information and the need for them to contact UPS...they stopped responding and would not respond when asked if they are going to reach out... Acima Leasing also said they cannot get in contact with ShopAbunda. Please stay away. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

According to UPS tracking, the package was picked up from a UPS Store on 2/16. We also sent a few emails to confirm that this was you. If it was not, please let us know right away so we can take immediate action.
