I am almost six feet tall. I was looking for a long wool coat. Saw one on this site. Ordered it. Received something that looked like it was made in a preschool by toddlers using cheap felt. Oh, by the way, it came up to my hip. I wish I had the option to post pictures here. It was horrible quality. Makes Temu look like Chanel. Do not recommend, unless you really hate someone and want to give them a cheap, crappy gift.

Total SCAM. Do not order. I reported them to google and my credit card took care of all charges done.

Ordered two bags and a pair of sandals. Never received any shipping information, so upon emailing them for an update, they stated one of my items was unavailable. I chose to replace it with something comparable however, I was supposed to receive ~ USD $25 credit. This was never issued and I never received 2/3 items. I filed a fraudulent charge with my credit card company because they continued to send me the shipping information for the one item I did receive. Response time took 2-3 days minimum.

I didn’t receive my order. I emailed company several times but they never responded. Avoid!!!! I lost my money.

I ordered my dress on the 5th July and have had no updates regarding delivery or dispatch. Despite emailing them 3 times I have not yet received a reply.

TOTAL SCAM, sent wrong items, colours etc.. NOT Responding! and you can't return or exchange, it is a BIG SCAM

I like this site cause i got the dress exactly as i ordered . It may arrived a little bit later than assigned but its ok , maybe my country is faraway .
I admired the customer service ,they are available whenever i need them . I always find the required answers . they are so friendly .

I ordered a dress for my wedding. I sent in my measurements and right away customer service contacted me that one of my measurements must be off - they were right! I fixed the measurement and waited. My dress arrived 3 weeks later. The dress fits like a glove. The workmanship is excellent. Great product, Great price. Thank you!...

it took longer than expected/quoted for shipping, the whole dress seems to be thicker/more material layering than shown in the picture, therefore making it loos like it has more volume and heavier than the picture. maybe i'm new at this, maybe i have too high of an expectation. overall still a very well made product, and the customer service is superb!
