Easy to contact for advice
I spoke with company for some advice before placing the order, when the delivery was due they contacted me as one of the items wasn’t in stock but offered a suitable alternative which worked out fine. Would use again if required.

Great but do what you say
Lovely product, great delivery service. Good prices. Just a shame when they forget the waste included in the deal and you ring up and they offer to send me one out. But… I’m still waiting for it.

Unable to speak to anyone by phone. They were unreachable on both phone lines listed on thier web page. A lot of confusion could have been resolved by a simple voice contact.

Our website clearly shows - Lines Open - Mon - Fri 8am - 5:00pm | 0121 508 9988, this is in the top right corner of the web page.
We also have a section at the bottom of our webpage called contact, which has all of our contact details including email address.
If you contact us within our opening times we will be able to assist you.

Don't trust the advertised size!
We ordered a 1700 x 700 shower tray to replace a bath. After spending ages creating a sound surface to support it, we unwrapped the tray and measured it - it's 1701 long and 710 wide and doesn't fit the space. We're now left wondering what to do?

Please note: all MX Elements Shower Trays have a tolerance of +10mm then +/- 3mm at the base, and +6mm then +/- 3mm at the top of the tray.
This information is on our MX trays, I'm sorry if this information was missed but it is confirmed to yourself before purchase.

The item that was advertised on the website and that I paid for was not available. However the customer service was good and I was refunded swiftly. The 1* is because the item wasn’t available. I would use you again.

Excellent customer support and delivery very prompt, although when my 1600 shower tray was delivered it was a one man delivery. My elderly husband had too assist I don’t really think this is acceptable

Excellent customer services
When buying, I'm not only interested in the product but the standard of the customer service. For Shower Trays UK this has been very encouraging. I've been in touch 3 x times and every time the phone was answered promptly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I haven't installed the shower yet but assume that the quality will be pretty good and if I have a query I'm confident it will be sorted quickly, overall very good

These are available to view online prior to purchase.
Handling fees apply to all returns unless the reason for return is due to our error. We advise to report any visible damage seen upon delivery as per our terms and conditions.
