Easy to order, delivered very quickly and safely

The product I ordered was no longer available. The company assisted with a replacement and discounted the product due to the inconvenience.

On the website, shower tray was showing as “in stock” ( although it did say ‘low’ stock levels) Received an email a day later saying tray not in stock and would be at least 2 weeks - refund was dealt with promptly and did me a favour as I found a better tray, next day delivery and cheaper from another retailer

I had a very disappointing experience with my shower tray. I bought this in May and the delivery guy was unprofessional. After installation, I noticed the tray isn’t level—water drains to the corners instead of the middle. Static water just sits there. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I recently purchased a shower tray and toilet from Shower Trays UK and found the experience totally satisfactory. The website is easy to navigate, the prices competitive and I also telephoned for advice which helped me with my decisions. The items were delivered on the days specified when ordering, with the toilet arriving next day as I needed it quickly. Excellent all round!

Had the product size I required and were very helpful in arranging delivery. delivery man also very helpful when only my partner was there to receive.

site is very easy to use. Really excellent communication and help from the sales team.

If I could give less than a 1 star then I would. Emails are never answered! Delivery was late, then refund was denied after awaiting a response. Multiple emails sent with no response. Shop elsewhere as this company is a disgrace

Haven’t received it yet… 14 days after ordering.
UPDATE: apparently the order did not go through, and it is now out of stock. The sales rep I rang was unfriendly and curt. Never once apologised for the inconvenience, just made excuses for not answering emails and justifying the failed order… ‘Well we played our part’…

The shower tray I ordered was exactly what I was looking for, non-slip and the same footprint as the bath it is replacing. It was also in the sale and at an excellent price. I placed my order, which took over 2 weeks to arrive as it was out of stock. Lee kept me fully informed of progress and it arrived when stated. It hasn’t been installed yet, but it looks perfect. I feel I should point out that it arrived on a big pallet so it could be stored upright, and was consequently very heavy. We left it in the garden until we could muster friends to help us get it off the pallet and in the house upstairs under the spare bed. It has to be stored flat when taken off the pallet. I’m very pleased with how easy the ordering process was, and would use this company again.

Shower tray delivered without the trap nor upstand seal. Had to arrange delivery of these missing items.
The 850 x 1700 shower tray was not worth the money paid for it as I had to strengthen the underside upon installation. I requested some level of compensation for the inconvenience only to be offered a discount on future purchases. An offer I will not be taking up. You live & learn 🤔

Excellent comms before buying. Excellent product when delivered. I made a mistake in ordering, which was immediately sorted by Danny in Customer Service. Brilliant overall experience, would highly recommend.

Bought two mirrors on 5th September, we have 24th September and it still hasn’t been delivered. Zero communication. Send emails no response.
