Extremely long queues, which made the whole day very poor value for money. Also very unclear information about what the different rides were, so we were queuing for a whole hour for a ride without a clear idea of what to expect. We also were not clear how long we would be waiting in the queue: if we had known, we wouldn’t have bothered. The ride itself was fun, but not worth waiting an hour for.
After queuing for an hour for the first ride, we didn’t think it worth queuing so long again, so we wanders around looking for a quicker queue: very hard to know where to go, what the difference between different rides would be, or how long it would take to get to the front of the queue; all of them seemed long and slow-moving. In the end, we just went for the lazy river ride as there wasn’t a queue. But the inflatable boat kept getting stuck and I’d have to get out and push it which was frustrating.
Given all of that, the entrance fee was very expensive since effectively we only got one ride. So to have to pay 10 euros for a locker as well, and there is a charge for car parking - felt really mean. There are 2 artificial beaches which are ok: though in Tenerife, you are never that far from a real beach, which costs nothing!
Overall a frustrating over-priced experience, and a waste of a day.

Za 44 euro można postać w kolejce :) jest plaża , ale jesteś na Teneryfie i masz tam takie plaże za darmo :)na początek 10 euro szafka , jak już się z tym uporasz to są bardzo długie kolejki na 40- 70 minut do każdej zjeżdżalni. słabo wszystko oznaczone , idziesz za strzałka i dochodzisz do innego miejsca ... Jedno jest pewne- nigdy więcej tam nie pójdę

We've come to Tenerife on a family holiday and we've been having a blast. We came to Siam Water park and we were enjoying all of it until we were having some dinner. I completely understand that pigeons can be pests, but we full on saw the security guard and staff kill 3 pigeons today. I saw him grab one and my mum said she saw him throw it in a bush but didn't see it fly away and he was dusting his hands off like he'd just rung its neck or something. Then my brother in law saw a member of staff grab one and walk into a staff area with it, then the worst by far was i watched the security guard smack a pigeon with his glove and obviously injured it and it was limping around and couldn't fly, then a member of staff bagged it up and took it into the same room he took the other one. my mum stood up outraged and followed to see where they were taking it and the security said "lady i'm sorry, but... You know..." My mum said she wasn't happy with what we saw but they didn't seem bothered at all. I completely get that they can be pests but that is seriously not the way to deal with it. Totally unprofessional, god knows if any kids saw them do this. Really did put a downer on the day watching staff and a bully security guard enjoying animal cruelty.

Wir waren Mitte November im Siam Park,es war voll,aber mussten wenig und nur kurz anstehen so dass wir alle Rutschen probieren konnten.

Nie wieder! Der Besuch war eine riesen große Enttäuschung für die ganze Familie. Es war laut, es war voll und es war völlig überteuert. Die meiste Zeit haben wir ausschließlich mit Warten und Anstehen verbracht. Die Zeit dafür zu verschwenden war sehr ärgerlich. Wir kommen definitiv nicht noch einmal wieder!

Eigentlich ein toller Park, ABER: Die Eintrittspreise sind fast als Wucher zu sehen! Dann noch 7 EUR für nen Spint. Und einrn freien Spint muss man erstmal finden. Beim 4. Anlauf hat es nach 30 Minuten geklappt. Eine Ampel mit grünem/roten Licht am Eingang wäre gut! Mussten durch den halben Park laufen, um einen Spint zu bekommen! 6,50 EUR für ein Hot-Dog ist auch grenzwertig...Top: Freundlichkeit vom Personal und Rutschen/Sauberkeit. Mit Kids lohnt sich der Nachbarpark Aqualand wesentlich mehr...nicht nur vom Eintrittspreis...

The park itself was not maintained well for the revenue it makes.
My sliders were stolen so I can imagine (after looking at other reviews) there are thieves operating within.
Very overpriced and extremely busy.
I would not recommend!

Een enorme afrader!!!

17 weken zwanger en vrijwel geen attracties waar ik in mocht. Zelfs het golfslagbad werd ik uit weggestuurd.

We hadden een ligbed van €75 gekocht. Toen we hier lagen (na opening van een medewerker), werden we door een andere medewerker agressief aangesproken dat we daar niet zo maar mochten liggen en direct onze ticket moesten laten zien. Na deze te hebben laten zien, volgde een luchtig en snel excuses.

Na 1.5 uur vertrokken, omdat er dus letterlijk niks te beleven valt voor een zwangere vrouw. Klacht ingediend bij het informatiepunt, maar ze hebben een “non-refundable” beleid en er kon geen excuus van af!!!

€185 euro lichter, onbeschoft personeel - echt niet je geld aan uitgeven.

Een heel mooi park met geweldige glijbanen. Denk goed na of je lang wil wachten voor de glijbanen. Na 2 glijbanen gedaan te hebben in 2 uur ons bedacht en toch een Fastpass gekocht. Laat je hierdoor goed informeren, ze tekenen met stift af welke je hebt gedaan en als je je bandje vol hebt moet je gewoon weer in de lange wachtrijen aansluiten. Het vervelende is dat niemand ons dit heeft verteld. Hiervoor toch wel €38 p.p neergelegd.

Het eten wat je besteld is koud, na 3 keer het eten teruggestuurd te hebben eindelijk iets warm gekregen, en het personeel wat dan ook nog eens super kwaad reageert is echt onbeschoft.

Verder een super park en zeker de moeite waard om hier een dag naartoe te gaan.

We had a brilliant time at Siam Park

It was well run, the fast pass worked well (albeit 38 euros per person) and they opened the park early which helped us get loungers at Siam beach and lockers.

The food in the beach cafe was great probably better than other waterparks I’ve been to around Europe.

The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Tip; we went on a Sunday and have been told Sunday and Tuesday are the best days to go.

In regards to booking tickets the process was fairly simple online but I believe had we booked through a reseller it may have been slightly cheaper

Total rip off £120 for three tickets was not paying out more for the fast pass that would of been another £90 on top. The park it totally over crowded it's just pure greed. Hours waiting in line for ok slides. If your thinking of going then I better get your chiqe book out. Advice from me avoid it's not worth it. Food is expensive for what it is. Go at your own peril

Wir waren an einem Dienstag im September da,und sind wahnsinnig enttäuscht 😞. Bei der Kasse ging es ganz gut voran,aber drinnen war es nur noch schlimm. Einfach zu viele Menschen. Bei den rutschen musste man von einem bis zum anderen Ende laufen und mit den schweren Reifen bis zu fast einer Stunde anstehen. Das wellenbad ist überfüllt und Wellen kommen nur 4 bis 5 in langen Abständen,wobei nur die 1 Welle groß ist. Ein Witz für das Eintrittsgeld. Eine richtige abzocke,. Das Essen überteuert und die Souvenir Shops auch . Nur Geld Macherei. Würde nie wieder hingehen. Wir haben nach 1 Stunde diesen oark verlassen.

Me and my group of friends went during night time , and it was the best part of my holiday ! No ques for rides at night time , wave machine was unreal, got to go on as many rides as possible .

Complete rip off and extremely rude staff
Went to Siam park today, had previously booked the VIP fast pass tickets online which were €99 each, this came to €198 altogether as there was two of us. We arrived at the park and went to gain access but was then informed we didn’t have “admission fee” I was obviously confused to this after forking out the bones of €200. The admission fee on top of the fast pass tickets was €43 each, again because there was 2 of us we paid €96. In total we paid €294 for the ‘VIP’ ‘fast pass’ tickets. Online it states with the VIP tickets you are entitled to all inclusive food and drinks and fast pass access to the rides. We were not at all. We were informed extremely rudely by the staff members. Majority of the rides were closed off and we had to wait in line constantly for the rides we were able to go on. The rides I would rate 5/5, only for the experience we had, a complete waste of time and money. If you want to feel like dirt basically go there. Staff were not one bit helpful extremely unfriendly and rude.

I had 2 tickets booked for Siam Night on 05/07/25, they cancelled my booking as the transfer was fully booked, and will not issue a refund! The tickets cost me £117.50 in total and they have stopped responding to my emails. I find this very unfair, as this was cancelled at no fault of my own. And now I am at a loss £117.50 :(

Family of 10 visiting Siam Park as a night experience. Apart from lazy river and wave experience No rides available for our 9 year old as they were all closed off so disappointing. The older children really enjoyed the experience. The cost of using the lockers was unnecessarily high given that you pay so much to gain admission to the park and no refund when you return the key. Siam park need to review their policy and make a nominal charge which is refunded as you leave. That way visitors leave with the best experience rather than thinking ‘it’s a rip off’

Wir waren 2 mal im Siam park..das erste Mal Anfang Juni 2024 (war noch keine Saison)..wir waren total begeistert, kurze Wartezeiten, zumindest akzeptabel..wunderschöne Pflanzen und das Wellenbecken super..
Dieses Jahr sind wir im August hingegangen…leider total überfüllt..viel zu lange Wartezeiten an den Rutschen, teilweise über 60 min…da hatten wir keine Lust mehr..es macht einfach keinen Spaß solange anzustehen und dieser Fast pass kostet 99€ extra..kann ja wohl nicht sein!
Sehr sehr schade, wir waren zu 6 und haben knapp 250€ ausgegeben und konnten nicht mal die Hälfte der Rutschen wegen Überfüllung benutzen!
Es müsste eine Begrenzung der Ticketanzahl geben sonst ist es sinnlos hinzugehen.

Viendo los comentarios negativos del parque,ya me han quitado las ganas de ir con mis hijos, caro y todo solo resumen en dinero, al menos si pagando caro tuviera derecho a algo hasta me animaría, pero mejor me gasto el dinero en otras cosas.

Die Rutschen sind echt super, fühlt sich wie Achterbahn fahren an. Hat super Spaß gemacht.
Aber Wartezeiten bei jeder Rutsche über 40 Minuten, macht einfach alles kaputt. Zudem war einfach alles mit Menschenmassen überfüllt. Bei den Eintrittspreisen könnten wenigstens die Parkplatz- und Schließfach Gebühren inklusive sein.
