New start
Waverly and Sam are the best. Sam jumped on my first review because the assigned agent to me, well lets just say was a nice person BUT has no training skills. Waverly was then assigned to me and listened to me and my concerns we did both trainings, and even though I know I will have questions she has opened up the communication path. Thank you

Great training experience!
Instructor was very thorough and engaging. I feel much more comfortable abt being an online notary now and look forward to doing multiple demos for even more peace of mind.

Signix had videos to help understand the process. But the frosting on the cake was Gina. She was informative, helpful and all around professional. I felt that if I have questions later she would go out of her way to help me. Great personality and a good face for your company.

Waverly was very informative and willing to give one on one assistants.
I really appreciated the insight Waverly gave for Signix. She is willing to do one on one trying. I will be needing that extra help to get started.

Customer Support - One-on-One Training
I scheduled a separate, one-on-one meeting with Gina Salisbury after the 2nd Zoom group meeting. Gina was awesome! She was patient, answered all questions, and did a live demo with me, which was easy to follow, as I felt the first video went very fast. Based on this level of customer support, I would recommend Signix to everyone! Thank you!

Personal hands on approach to training is what's got me sold on Signix. They care about your experience and knowledge of the platform and make sure that you have a good understanding before you complete your first transaction.

Sam Wes was excellent an he is a good man. The young lady who did the onboarding training was excellent. I am satisfied with the service as of now. Promote these type of people and pay them well.
