This company delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responded to all my questions over messenger and whats app. I placed my order on Friday expecting it to come the following week, and within 15 mins received a delivery date for the next day WOW. Having dealt with a number of sim companies in the past, this experience exceeded my expectations. It seems this business is 100% customer-focused. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Sim Demon was the only company that had the part I was looking for sale. I tried 5 different companies. They all have something similar, but they wanted about 80, 90 quid Sim Demon. I got it off them for including postage, which was DPD, which is brilliant. Ran about £60 and it works a dream. Yeah, I will definitely buy from Sim Demon again. I've stored them page so that I know how to find them again and I should be keeping their email they sent me so I know I can guarantee get back whenever I want some up for my truck. SIM. There's only one place I'm going and that's Sim Demon.

I bought Bought a Simagic Evo Pro bundle with a the neox wheels and the P2000 pedal set. have to say that they are fantastic.
Along with the service . Jacob was friendly and helpful.
The bits arrived promptly with no issues.

Need to update policy
I tried to buy a turnkey simulator from simdemon online, having already tried and researched the hardware I wanted.
Upon order, and right through to checkout it clearly states that orders over £1,000 get free uk mainland delivery, turns out this is not true for their turnkeys and Jacob tried to state that because on the product description it says get a quote that this does not apply.
The delivery/shipping policy, checkout page and their chat bot function all state “FREE delivery for orders over £1,000”
And after admitting this was their own oversight he still insisted I must pay £400 for the turnkey to be delivered.
In the end it came back to having a boxed up component based sale, so I took my business to GT omega who were more cost competitive on the same products.

Our turnkey systems are fully built, ready-to-race simulators, so delivery must be handled personally by our team to ensure safe transport and professional installation. Our turnkey setups are not classed as standard boxed delivery items, but as bespoke, pre-assembled systems that receive extensive care and attention during build and testing.
While we do offer free UK mainland delivery for boxed orders over £1,000, this does not apply to turnkey setups due to their size, weight, and specialist handling requirements. In your case, delivery would have involved an 8-hour round trip by our engineers to ensure the system arrived safely, fully assembled, and race-ready. The product listing clearly stated “Flexible Collection & Delivery Options, please contact us for a quote”, and we’ll make this distinction even clearer in future to avoid any misunderstanding by other customers.
Every turnkey system is meticulously built, configured, and tested by our team before leaving our showroom, ensuring you receive a simulator that performs exactly as intended, without the challenges of assembly or calibration. Once you’ve built your new system, we’re confident you’ll better understand the time that goes into building a sim.
