Beware! These are the owners of Simonton. I paid them $7,000 for a custom window four months ago that they still haven’t delivered (despite it having an install date in September). They have my money but won’t respond to my installer or supplier with any information about when it’s going to arrive. Last I was told was that they’ll probably shut down until after New Years. Must be nice. Am I getting interest on my money that they have?

I started in 2020 but towards the end of 2021 safety got thrown out the window and there were more injures. Where i was put we are supposed to wear 2 pairs of gloves one for not getting cut and the other for not getting burned. For some reason they quit putting the 2nd pair i needed in the machines that dispensed them so i would have to suffer and deal with the pain from the heat for months and it was completely ridiculous .

On another note there was a massive drug use issue where people are high or have overdosed on other substances!

When we built our dream home seven years ago we went with Simonton Windows as they were touted to be the very best for our price range. They have an option of window insurance that will replace any broken window, no matter what. It took three shipments to get the right ones here. They over charged us for six extra Windows, we never did get half of the screens, one window leaks so bad mold is growing all around it, and we have two broken windows that even after constant calling for six years they have never fixed. They sent out a rep who said yep those need replacing, and yep we should have sent you those screens. But yep I've yet to hear back from them. Or the company who sold them to us.
