Ordering by phone was good. The young lady very helpful. Arrived the next day. The bar stools are good quality and the cost very fair.

The product is as described, and although I haven't had it long enough to see how well it lasts or how truly robust it is, initially it's looking good, so 👍 for now. The delivery was a few weeks and NOT the 'free next working day' service that was promised or advertised. That said, I had immediate responses to the two chase up emails that I sent, and I did of course eventually get the stool. Despite the hiccups, I would use the company again.

Delivery fantastic but aftercare service is very slow and frustrating. It took over 1 week and several calls and emails from me to resolve our issue and I had to keep chasing. One seat pad had a scratch on it - was offered 10% (£7.50) which I turned down. They chose to send me a replacement seat rather than pay me £15 to live with the scratch. Bonkers. Will not use them again.

Lovely bar stools, great customer service

excessive weight - both in our 80's - cannot lift or manouvre them so totally unsuitable for our needs. spoke to Alexa re our problem but no help offered. Two stools remain unused - no good to us. Totally unsuitable for elderley or persons with physical problems and should be made clear in advert.
