Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made the process very easy. When collecting the car though it would be nice to have a gift to mark the occasion. I’ve purchased other cars and there has always been a welcome gift. Carwyn though was very helpful throughout!

Adam, the salesperson was amazinging. He was so knowledgeable about the brand. He answered all our queries and supported us throughout the whole experience of purchasing the cars. It took care of both myself and my husband who also purchased a new car. He instilled alot of confidence in us both. Absolutely faultless experience. Highly recommend the Sinclair group.

Great experience buying a new car from this company. Sales men were not pushy at all - they let the car do the talking! I am new to electric vehicles but they took time to explain things I needed to know. Having an hour for a test drive really helped to get to know the car too. Follow up conversations excellent too - really pleased!

Friendly and helpful
Both Alice and Connor were helpful from the outset. There were some glitches with the paperwork but this was resolved promptly and without too much inconvenience.
A follow up call from Alice was a great touch as Alice was not on site when I collected the car.
A pleasant experience.
