We spent 3 weeks searching for a car
We spent 3 weeks searching for a car, travelling to multiple dealerships, encountering numerous sales staff and finally found the perfect car with Sinclair. Not only is the car superb, Adrian who dealt with us is a credit to the company, no pressure, no sales tactics, just a genuinely nice and honest guy who tailor made the entire process to suit our needs. His patience and understanding made purchasing a car which is usually highly stressful, very enjoyable for our family, we felt comfortable throughout. Upon collection of the car, it had new MOT, full servicing and was in pristine condition, also before we drove away, Adrian spent a lengthy amount of time talking us through how to set up the infotainment system making sure we were 100% confident before we drove off. Will defintiely be coming back to Sinclair when we need a new car.

I recently had an excellent experience with Sinclair Direct, and I especially want to thank Gavin for the outstanding service he provided. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Gavin’s knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I would highly recommend Sinclair Direct, and Gavin is a real credit to the company

Brilliant!
I recently bought a new car from sinclair direct and I could not recommend them enough. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. I dealt with Rob, who was brilliant. The car was pristine when I collected it. They removed some stone chips from the bonnet beforehand as part of the service. Rob was professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. I love that there was no hard sell (as I have experienced before - you couldn't write it) would definitely return 10/10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Sinclair Direct Bridgend from start to finish
A special mention has to go to Gavin, the salesperson who looked after me. He was professional, friendly, and refreshingly low-pressure throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pushed into a decision, which made the experience genuinely enjoyable and stress free.
The service overall was excellent, including the free delivery of the car, which was handled smoothly and exactly as promised. Everything was well organised and communication was spot on.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sinclair Direct Bridgend, and especially Gavin, to anyone looking for a straightforward and professional car-buying experience.

Salesman lied about the road tax…
Salesman lied about the road tax bracket. I paid £39500 for my car and three times he told me it was under the £40000 bracket so my tax would be lower bracket. When my tax renewal arrived a year later, it was graded over £40000 as it’s the RRP at time of build and not what the dealers sell it for. When I phoned to ask why they mid sold me the car they then conveniently forgot about the conversations we had regarding the upper tax bracket. The salesman in questions manager then told me he sold 250 cars last year ”how do you think he is going to remember the one's he had with you”, and most of our customers are not bothered about the level of road tax they pay. Will never buy anything from Sinclair Bridgend dealership ever again. (They also didn’t return my rear dash cam camera, another lie from the salesman). Reviewed on Google reviews but that seems to have been deleted.

Cracking Service & Nice Chaps
I dealt with Adrian at Sinclair - he was absolutely fantastic and such a nice chap. We travelled a very long way to part-ex my vehicle, test drive the new car, go through the paperwork and we were off again in no time with minimal faff. Buying long-distance was a breeze and I cannot thank them enough for their great service and looking after us.
