New vehicle purchase
The experience of buying my new vehicle from Sinclair Landrover Cardiff was made all the more enjoyable by dealing with the Sales Executive Joshua Sands. I found Joshua to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Joshua recommended useful add on packages without being to forceful. The vehicle was delivered within the agreed time frame. I found the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership and more importantly Joshua.

Very happy with the sales team
Very happy with the sales team. I was made to feel important and special upon my arrival and the team listened to my requirements before exploring options of which vehicle would be best for my needs. On the day of collection the presentation of the car was excellent and the team explained all the controls and latest features on my car.
Will be buying again.

Purchased a 2024 Vogue with a brand new…
Purchased a 2024 Vogue with a brand new service had it 5 days went to drive my son to school approaching motorway my brakes failed no brakes at all…had to mount pavement to stop as automatic vehicle with automatic handbrake. Could have been even more serious if it was 2 minutes later on the motorway. Only to find that the brake lines were not connect to the brakes so for 5 day apparently I was braking only from blocked air! Did not take responsibility for this … made to pay to get into new vehicle. Range Rover sport 2024 guess what brake issue brake lights on dash on and off but landrover cannot find fault? Wet foot wells in the front of the car also. Sinclair landrover penarth rd have had my vehicle for a week says they have checked the vehicle and test drove it all lies not done 1 thing car has been locked since they had it my Incontrol app proves this. Removed my car today as they do not want to know customer service is dreadful mechanics are incompetent and rude!! So I have possibly once again faulty breaks and wet footwells.

We took our 24 plate Range Rover with brake problem and soaking wet carpets they did road test unable to find fault so we asked if they could sort out leak problem the car sat in there car park for 6 days and didn’t even look at it I called them every day they just gave excuses. The staff are clueless and rude AVOID THESE TIME WASTERS

Excellent service
I had a really bad experience with stratstone and said I would never return. Sinclair took over and thought I would call in as needed a new car. I was welcomed by Sean Watkins and all I can say is I picked up my new car 1/3. Sean made the whole experience special and will definitely be recommending the garage. Really friendly and helpful people, particularly Sophia. No pressure, listened to our priorities and preferences and found exactly the right vehicle for us. This was after Sophia had gone out of her way to locate a suitable car for us to test drive before making a decision. The trade in and financing was explained clearly and I was more than happy with the offer.

Genuine Salespeople
I have had 2 previous unhappy experiences with Stratstone Cardiff. Fortunately, The Sinclair Group have now transferred their solid values to the Cardiff Jaguar Garage. At the Test Drive, during the Sales negotiations & on the day of handover I was treated with polite respect & good humour. There was no hard sales technique or offhand behaviour. I would like to compliment Josh Sands on a very thorough service & I am delighted with the vehicle.

H didn't rush us gave us all the time we needed to review our options and answer all our questions. He worked well with us to get the best option and choice of car. He even help direct us to alternative car insurers when my original insurer would not insure my new defender. We are delighted with our new defender.

Excellent Service by Ben and the team
Right from the first phone call and speaking to Ben Griffiths it was a pleasure to do business with Sinclair Land Rover. Every time I phoned to speak to Ben if he wasn't available then the others in the sales team would try to help or pass on messages for Ben to get back to me; which he did without fail.

What a Transformation
What a difference from the former Stratsone JLR Branch on Hadfield Rd in Cardiff!
I used to dread coming here as the service was so bad but now , I’d happily come on a weekly basis !
A much more welcoming vibe all round , staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble, service is as good as in any top restaurant!
Steph, the lady who looked after me while I was waiting was incredible, a business is nothing without good people and Sinclair have certainly got it spot on here !

Great service from the team at Sinclair
Great service from the team at Sinclair JLR Cardiff, with a special thanks to Sean the sales executive that dealt with my enquiry all the way through to picking up my new Defender.
The vehicle was presented as agreed, even though it had been raining it was very clean & dry, which unfortunately didnt last on the long journey home with relentless rain all the way.
Well worth the long trip though to deal with these guys.
