Had to have warranty work done on my…
Had to have warranty work done on my Range Rover and was apprehensive about how long it would take having read nightmare tales on the net. My advisor was Shannon, and she reassured me it was normal to have warranty work done in a prompt time. Whilst the car was with them they also did all the software updates. Shannon alleviated all my concerns and car came back, perfect, update and cleaned. Could not recommend Sinclair’s enough. Thanks Shannon

Having driven a defender for years
Having driven a defender for years, I always went to specialists. Having heard Sinclairs took over, I decided to give main dealer a chance. Was greeted and looked after by Caitlin. Not only was the experience so pleasant with the care and consideration she showed me, the experience ended up better value with their expertise not just changing parts unnecessarily. Caitlin was a delight. I will continue to use Sinclairs based on this most satisfying of experiences.

Took my sport in for a service
Took my sport in for a service, always intimidating on my own. Jordan was amazing. Made me feel at ease and explained all the steps. Can say I will be coming back whenever is necessary .

Brilliant service promptly delivered!
My wing mirror was damaged and I took it to Cardiff Sinclair, was greeted by Sam and Stuart in Service who promptly took my vehicle into the garage and rectified all faults free of charge. Steph offered me a coffee whilst I waited. Service was incredible! Thanks all ☺️

Went in for a software update. Lots of things glitching. Was very concerned. Sami was absolutely amazing. Put my mind to ease. Had my car ready earlier than anticipated. Bill leas than expected too. Would throughly thank Sami for his courtesy and care that he showed me.

Fab service from start to finish from Jordan who dealt with everything, so no stress on us at all. Stephanie was lovely, making sure we were being looked after. Definitely had a good experience over the last 2 days.

Excellent service from Shannon
Excellent service from Shannon. She booked my car in for its first service, called to confirm the day before and met me to drop my car off on the day. The service was completed quickly and she called to say it was ready later that day.
Shannon made sure everything went smoothly and she returned my car looking all shiny and clean. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Just bought a freelander 2 and brought…
Just bought a freelander 2 and brought it in for its first mot as the new owner. Was dealt with by a young lady called Caitlin. Was very efficient and kept me up to date throughout. Was very happy with the service I have received and the car came back cleaner than it went in which made my day.

Trinity
My car had a steering rack issue, and I was contacted by Trinity to book it in. When I arrived, I was dealt with straight away, and Trinity was extremely helpful from start to finish. She kept in regular contact, updating me on the progress, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a call saying my car was ready a couple of days earlier than expected.
When I came to collect it, Trinity met me personally, explained the work that had been carried out, and I was delighted to find out it was a recall issue and fully covered under warranty.
Overall, the service was excellent – professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommended.

As we entered the showroom,we was…
As we entered the showroom,we was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who made us a coffee while we we waited for a member of staff to help us.We was helped by a young man called Christian who was very knowledgable,He took me to a couple of cars to see how they felt.After trying the cars I decided we would take the Range Rover Evoke which I made a test drive in.On paying for the car I was having trouble transferring the funds on my phone,So I made the journey back down back to the showroom where Kai from finance helped us complete the transaction.I think the team at Sinclair Cardiff did an awesome job Thank you.

Our new Dender 110
My wife and I were dealt with from the start to finish in purchasing our new Defender 110. by Bronwen Harty. Despite not being able to pick it up on the first of September due to hackers closing down the whole of the network for JLR, Bronwen rang us first thing the following morning to say that we could pick up our Defender. She went to great lengths to sort things out for us, for which were are most grateful
