Excellent customer service from Sophie from enquiry to purchase.
Mark at Sinclair was helpful without pressure. Advised where necessary and got the car we wanted at what I consider a fair price.

There’s an assumption at times that if you don’t fit the “stereotypical” premium car buyer, you’re not worth engaging with. That’s a mistake.
A customer is a customer.
That’s exactly why my experience at Ludlow stood out so much. Warm, professional, and respectful throughout, with no assumptions and no pressure. Exactly how it should be.
Other dealerships could learn a lot from this approach.

First point of contact was Sophie, after using their online valuation tool, and from that moment the transaction effortlessly glided along. Sophie is calm and helpful and made the whole process incredibly straighforward. I would highly recommend the Sinclair Ludlow team and especially Sophie.

I have bought four cars from Mark Sutcliffe, his patience and overall willingness to help is why he is my go too. He is an asset to the Sinclair group, I would recommend anyone to this dealership, hands down the best, Thank you once again Mark, exemplary service as always.

Was looking for a Landrover last year, but due to market after talking to Mark and test driving a few on number of occasions decided not to due to the work market. Mark was very accepting and didn't bother me further, this year I contacted him again and he gave me the same enthusiasm and spent at least an hour or so going over options/ availability. The Car I got was beyone my expectation and they even fixed the small scratches (it was a used) and made my experience very pleasurable.

We had a great experience at Sinclair’s. We could have saved a fortune at the coffee shop and just stayed in the showroom! And biscuits too. Everyone was very helpful, there was no pressure and we were given lots of information to help us make a decision.

Yesterday afternoon at around 3.30pm I spoke to a guy called Evan in the service department at Land Rover Ludlow.I was asking for a price to supply and fit brake pads and discs to my Range Rover Sport. Evan said he would call me back with a price.
By around 10.30 today Evan hadn’t called back so I phoned again and spoke to Poppy. Poppy told me Evan couldn’t help because he was delivering a car.
Once again I gave all of my information to Poppy who promised to e-mail me a quote for the work.
Three hours later still no quote from Poppy.
At some point you ask yourself the question does Land Rover really want to do business.
I guess the answer is no, so I have just got quotes elsewhere and have booked the car in for the work.
Really bad service before they get the car not a good sign of what might follow.
