Fantastic experience visiting Sinclair…
Fantastic experience visiting Sinclair in Swansea only took my T-Roc in for a service but ended up purchasing a brand new Polo Black edition. The sales person Mo Hussain was amazing to deal with very professional and friendly (not your usual pushy sales person) would highly recommend a visit even if it’s only for a look around or bit of advice.

The staff are very professional and polite.
My second purchase and well looked after .
The only problem I had was phoning the office showroom I could not connect via the automated system. Kept asking for me to press 1. No response? After 3 attempts I stopped .
A first class service from a first class team.
Sinclairs you should be extremely proud of the staff that go the extra mile.

Friendly and helpful staff
Lee the salesman was easy to deal with, very professional and friendly. In fact all the staff I came into contact with were helpful. When I collected the vehicle it was covered in a sheet for the great reveal, inside was a teddy and a small bottle of bubbly.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase, a new VW Touareg.

Experience with Sinclair's VW Swansea
I recently purchased a car from Tom at Sinclair's. Tom is an excellent salesman, makes so much effort to explain everything in detail and is really warm and genuine. It's really clear he knows his products inside out, he's honest, an excellent communicator and nothing is too much trouble. Everything was so quick and easy, our first meeting was on a Saturday, the car was ordered and delivered by the following Friday. Very happy customer, looking forward to using Sinclair's in the future!

It's the Small Things!
Laura Marshall has helped me so far. I sent her this message earlier today:
I bought the VW Polo I discussed with you. As originally indicated it was not a smooth process.
I had some queries about the car and brought it to the dealership on Thursday 30th October (after collecting it on Tuesday 28th) and at 08.30 on Monday 3rd November as agreed with Jacob Jenkins. When I arrived on the 3rd nobody was expecting me.
Today the tyre pressure light appeared on the dashboard, it was my first trip outside Swansea. Jacob has moved on and I have no contact in servicing. This is not what I expected in terms of car teething challenges or customer care. I have not had a new car for ages and so the change is not as straightforward as it might be for others.
Please help - I do not want to keep returning to the dealership. I am working most of today. From 10th - 18th November I am working abroad. Is there anyone who can help me tomorrow morning at 08.30?
