​Picked up my brand-new car from Sinclair on Saturday and I’m honestly gutted by the state of it. For a brand-new vehicle, the lack of quality control is shocking.
​When I checked the back, it was clear it hadn't even had a proper valet—thick dust on the rear doors and brown marks on the seats. Looking closely, it only got worse: a dent on the rear driver-side panel, a scratch on the driver's sill, moulding issues along the doors and panels, marked headrests, and a snag on the steering wheel right where my hand sits. On top of the cosmetic defects, the tech is already playing up.
​I want to make it clear that none of this is down to our sales advisor. He was brilliant—patient, professional, and great to deal with throughout the handover. It’s just a shame the prep team and quality control let the experience, down so badly.

The people we dealt with were very friendly and welcoming. They dealt with our enquiries in a knowledgeable and professional way and nothing was too much bother for them. The showroom was modern and bright, making it a pleasant environment to be in. The handover of the car was excellent and help was given pairing our iPhone to the car. This is the second time we have used this garage, and will not hesitate to go back again when we change our car in the future.
