A stress free, positive car buying experience
I test drove several cars here and everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Ian at Swansea went out of his way to help from my initial enquiry on the phone to trying out the cars. He is very calm and puts you at ease. It was a hard decision to make as I enjoyed my old car so much but it wasn't in great condition anymore and I wanted to be sure I found the right car. I'm really pleased with the high quality service here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an Audi. The cars are well priced compared with other dealerships I've looked at and a good choice of cars too.

Excellent, seamless purchase of my new Audi Q2
Excellent service at Audi Swansea. Tim helped me decide between buying a second hand or a new car. He was very knowledgeable, worked out figures for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
After deciding to buy my new car, Tim kept me updated with everything I needed to do and paperwork I needed to complete. He was helpful and I never felt pressured at anytime.
On picking up my new car, he went through everything within the car, registered my phone with Audi MMI and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.
He is highly professional, completely honest and a genuinely helpful person. He checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was ok with the car. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone wishing to purchase a car at Audi Swansea!
It was a seamless experience and pleasure to purchase my new car from him. Thank you Tim, see you when I buy my next new Audi!!

A special deal on a special occasion
They got me a great deal on a brand new Audi A3 Black Edition and gave me a good price for my Audi A3 Edition 1. I was treated to a special reveal of my new car and presented with a bottle of champagne in celebration of my 25 years as a Swansea Audi customer and my 7th brand new Audi during that time.

Pressure free purchase.
The whole experience of the purchase was perfect from start to finish. The sales person was very cooperative and there was no sense of pressure at all. The showroom itself was very pleasant and the staff were all very welcoming. Precise details and method of payment was clear and aftercare etc was detailed and appropriate. The sales person was delightful and couldn't do enough for us. Since the purchases we have received a number of follow up calls as to our enjoyment of the purchases. The salesperson went above and beyond to help us with the purchases.

Ian, the salesman at Swansea, was particularly helpful when I expressed an interest in purchasing a used Q2 car. Throughout my dealings with him he was exceptionally understanding of my needs and was suitably professional in the ensuing process.
