The purchased part of the transaction…

The purchased part of the transaction went without incident. The reason I gave one 4 stars is because the finance part of the transaction took two days to complete because of erroneous errors being shown, declining my financing. The app finally pushed everything through but again, it took me trying for two days before the errors finally went away letting me complete the transaction.

I have one of the Aurora (green trim)…

I have one of the Aurora (green trim) and am enjoying it immensely. This purchase is an Aurora Pro that I intend to give to my brother for Christmas. He has a boat, and I’m quite sure this will ease his mind if he finds himself coming back into the harbor after dark.

Good unit but not fully functional

Unfortunately I have been unable to get the wifi feature to work. After a series of emailed suggestions that I followed meticulously, it still refuses to pair with my iPhone. They suggested a Zoom call but I don't want to load that software on my devices so it appears I'm stuck with a partly-operational unit. Disappointing.
I was very pleased that the CS manager got back to me quickly by email and chat to assure me that I understood the offer correctly. Possibly related to my computer's security configuration but I had a bit of trouble trying to email for advice. Not a big deal, I simply put my email address in a chat message and it was picked up and put to use in the best way.
I'm looking forward to my Sionyx NV device with the free illuminator which you shipped today. That is a SUPER deal!

October Flash Sale - Aurora Pro/Illuminator

I ordered an Aurora Pro (with the free Illuminator) on Sunday, 3 October during the Flash Sale in October of 2021. It was shipped via FedEx on Wednesday, 6 October. I have not received it yet, but I am very impressed with the order processing speed. FedEx has a delivery date of 12 October.

I look forward to receiving it and seeing what the Pro can do. As this is my first decent night vision device - digital or otherwise, I am pretty excited.

Their customer service is above and beyond average heck it is outstanding. I had a shipping issue and they corrected it within the week I am going to continue to do business with this company for the foreseeable future they are a wonderful company to do business with thanks again.

A Unique Customer Service Issue

I use your camera constantly and as an important part of my private investigator business. Customer Service wanted me to return my camera in spite of it just needing a .25 plastic part. I was a little scared and disappointed that I had to send the camera back when I could’ve easily fixed it myself with the correct part. I just didn’t want to be without the camera for an extended time. I sent the camera 2 day UPS and insured it for $800. Sionyx replaced my camera, and threw in two batteries, and a charger cord. They sent it back and it was in my hands within five days (two of which were Saturday and Sunday) from when I dropped it off at UPS. All in all the experience was great and worked out fine. I do wish Sionyx would keep some simple parts on hand, but this worked out great. I use this camera constantly and it’s a great camera and clients love my video work product. In fact I’m going to be adding a Sinoyx Pro to my stable of cameras and I have no concern that Sionyx will support their cameras and customers. In my business, time truly is money, and I’m very pleased that Sionyx understands this and works hard to met customer requirements. I’m looking forward to my new Sionyx Pro in the near future. A special thank you to Bill (head of customer service) for taking the effort and extra time to support my needs.

Great product especially for the price…

Great product especially for the price point. With the IR illuminator it practically turns day to night. My only complaint is the illuminator washes out the background at about 50yds. Other than that it’s worth every penny.

I placed my order for the Aurora Black... mistakenly. I fumbled around and ask Bill in support if he could change my order and upgrade to the Aurora, which was what I initially wanted, my mistake when I ordered BTW. He handled my request right away seamlessly without hesitation. Awesome CS... Cant wait for my device! DC
