Excellent customer service!
I experienced a few bumps in the road when ordering with Sisters and Seekers, but I cannot fault their customer service.
My original shipment never arrived, but Ethan from the customer service team responded immediately, and we received a fresh package only a day or two later- no hassle at all.
The returns process was a bit confusing, something went wrong and I hadn’t got my refund. However, Rosie, also from the customer service team, was super helpful and reassuring! She explained what to do next time and gave me a full refund out of goodwill.
My sister is incredibly happy with what she ordered and says the loungewear set is of great quality.
Overall, I would definitely recommend them!

They were great
They were great, very reliable.
The courier messed up the delivery and after emailing with the lovely workers at sisters and seekers they were able to fix the issue for me.
I would definitely shop with them again

Don’t buy
Won’t be buying from here again the quality of the jumper is not worth the price unfortunately just another one of those commercialised fast fashion brands that pumps more money into their marketing of photoshoots and instagram than their quality of clothing.
The sizing was much too big. When I tried to return it, I discovered that I had to pay for the return myself which was very expensive and then purchase a different size before even receiving any refund. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford to do that, so I was left with an item that doesn’t fit.

I had the best customer service…
I had the best customer service experience with Rosie. I ordered a jumper that unfortunately never arrived. I figured there was no way I was getting my parcel or my money back but enter Rosie! She reached out to enquirer if I received it. When I told her I hadn’t, she followed up with the courier and tracked it down. She was so helpful and friendly and gave great details and information. When I requested a refunded, she organised it so quickly and again she was just so great about the whole thing. So apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault that the jumper don’t arrive. An amazing experience. Thank you so much Rosie.
