The service received from them was superb, they didn’t have an item but offered an alternative, called me, emailed me so my order could go ahead.

The time and care I was given by multiple members of the team was a different level to what we’ve come to expect in modern retail. They were brilliant, and a complex situation with my skis/bindings fit was resolved within a tight timeframe, for which I was super grateful. Thanks team. Best shop in the country.

We were most surprised and dissapointed to receive your review as this is the first that we have heard from you. We've checked into your order which you did on the 27th and it was sent the same day and delivered on the 29th by Royal Mail.
We have sent you a copy of the tracking details and where they have said that they placed a card through your door to say where the parcel is.
