Great service, lovely ski’s and fast delivery, would highly recommend

Great customer experience from start to finish. Expert knowledge and information. Would definitely recommend.

They offer great insights into what you need and what you done and when you should progress onto more advanced gear.

More special to me is they support ersa and have volunteers who coach at local ski clubs and bring that knowledge to recommend the right gear.

The negatives
It can be be more pricing compared to outlets
It would be great if they offered stared bundles for ski services as it's too confusing when you do not know what you need ( however if you talk to them they will give you great advice)

Excellent advice over the phone - very friendly and helpful when choosing boots and then whether to have boot lifters fitted. Fast delivery of the boots and fast fitting the lifters.

Huge range of ski stuff, including ski touring equipment, and friendly helpful staff on the phone.

Great top! A bit expensive but good fit, lightweight and really warm!

Amazing for ski race kit brought a lot of my kit over the years through them, and never had an issue.

Ordered a helmet and googles 9 days ago.
No replies to emails enquiring about the shipping or the VAT refund that is due.
Three phone calls to shop seem to be helpful, but ultimately of no effect.
Extremely frustrating shop to do business with.

Overall the website has variety of ski equipment which is good. but after payment was made, I have received an email told me I can't have the ski I have ordered because it's not available and gives me refund.

But what I actually received was $100 AUD less than what I have paid. I just felt I have forked out money, but received nothing. And have to spend time to look for the ski elsewhere.
