Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location close to the Vanoise Express, the delicious afternoon cakes, and that our chalet hosts looked after you well.

We’re sorry to hear some aspects of the chalet did not meet expectations. Regarding staff accommodation, it is standard practice in many catered chalets for some team members to live within the property, particularly in larger chalets, although we appreciate this may not suit everyone and we will take your comments on board.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lounge seating, chalet presentation, and meal portions, as this helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

We do hope despite these points you enjoyed your holiday overall, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back to our chalets in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re really pleased to hear that you found the airport assistance and resort arrival helpful, and that the lift to and from the ski hire shop made things easier for you.

We appreciate your comments regarding the location of Vallon Blanc, and understand that access to the slopes may not have suited everyone’s preferences.

Our chalet hosts do have two mornings off, and on these days a self-serve continental breakfast is provided. However, this should still be fresh and well presented, so we’ll be looking into your comments further to ensure standards are being met.
