Skip dropped off at wrong house
Skip dropped off at wrong house, didn't get it moved untill the afternoon,wanted it picked back up on Friday it's still here

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I have had a look into this and can confirm the driver arrived the following morning, I do apologise you had not been updated regarding the slight delay with your delivery.
I can also see that our driver arrived on site and the skip was refused, although the skip delivered was the correct as per your order - you said it wasn't the correct size to what you required.
A refund has been processed for you by the team and will show back in your account within 5 working days from yesterday.

Delivery driver was lovely, somebody parked over my drive and he waited for me to get there and didn’t just rush off and not deliver. Friendly really nice guy.

Right price
Pricing was competitive, and there were no hidden fees. I appreciated that they were transparent about where the waste would go and their commitment to recycling as much as possible. The only downside was that the collection was delayed by a day, but this was communicated clearly, so it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable skip hire.
