Lovely friendly call staff.
However...
Ordered a skip for delivery on the 15th april. After two phone calls, one at 11am to enquire where the skip was, i was told it was coming urgently.
It arrived around 3pm. I had taken time off work for it.
The skip man then advised he had only 'just been told of the booking', even though i booked a week ago and was told it was urgent at 11am.
The skip man then preceeded to stand and smoke a cigarette on my drive before unloading the skip...
Avoid unless you want to waste an entire day waiting / chasing up your skip.

Well went on line and booked it for the 11th all good then get a message saying can’t do it till the 15th so what’s the point doing it on line so cancelled that and went to batmans skips who helped me out

This is the 3rd time I’ve used SkipHireUK over the last year. I have not been disappointed all 3 drivers were friendly arrived on day I ordered and put skip onto front garden as requested. I will be using again next month. Also collected on day requested.

I have ordered with 288£ and then been contacted for an additional 86£ claiming they advertised it at wrong price. Haven't received yet the payback , still waiting.

Cheaper than you can get from the Skip company direct. Have used several times.

Easy to use website and can always speak to someone in the team to change skips/collections etc. The team are always super helpful. Already used them multiple times.

Skip is booked for April so my order is not yet complete but I have been asked to review... A skip was delivered a couple of weeks ago because skip hire got the month wrong. Someone even emailed me to check and I confirmed 15th April not 15th March. Absolute nightmare as the skip man couldn't leave until I had spoken to someone. I had to deal with someone from circle waste though so not sure how they're connected. It took a long time to get to speak to someone as they hung up on me the first time. The girl I eventually spoke to was lovely though. Let's see if my skip actually turns up on the correct date now...

Had to wait a week for a skip to be available.
Staff on the phone was very helpful when calling.
However when loaded, within 30 minutes of calling, the skip was collected by a very friendly young lady and my driveway was clear again.

Easy online booking service also it was trouble-free contacting SkipHireUk over the phone as we had a few questions about our delivery/collection. Prompt and efficient service. Would recommend and will be using SkipHireUk again.

Don not use this company. They will take your money and never send the skip. They ignore messages. Go to go through PayPal to get my money back.

I would not book a skip from this site. Reviews say it all. I luckily paid through PayPal so got a refund. Avoid or be prepared to pay for a service you won’t get.

Skip ordered online,
Picked the date and it arrived,
Wanted on the drive and although tight, driver did a fantastic job of getting it in to suit.
Well recommend, my go to first point for a skip.

Driver polite and helpful as always .
This is a reasonably tight drive with an awkward lamppost but the driver made sure there was room for the car and I can get the bins out . . Will always use them . Very good

We were notified that a skip was supposed to have been collected from site today only for our customer to inform us it has not now wr have received a poor review through no fault of our own

This is clearly a third person company. The operator was very rude when I pushed to find out why the skip had not turned up the time I had asked for it at AM. Claiming that asking go for AM is a suggestion which is utterly pointless. why ask what time I want it if you are not even going to try. Skip turned up at 4pm half the day gone.

When you call you are passed around and left to wait for a long time.

When my skip finally arrived it had a massive hole in the bottom.

When I booked online I booked a size 6 for the Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning to confirm it was coming. only to be told that they didn't have one for today and would I like to cancel or have it for tomorrow. 😒😒
