I visited to buy Samsung A 57 mobile. But that was very expensive 624 £. I checked in argos 459 £ with same specifications. I know that 624 was included earbuds. But its doesn't make good sound earbuds come with mobile but the price is too high. Please at least some reasonable amount should be.

Sky refuse to sent my puk code after cancelling my mobile contract for over 4months and charging the mobile every month Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the service and customer support, often finding it difficult to reach an agent and experiencing issues with contract updates and problem resolution.

Sky refuse to sent my puk code after cancelling my mobile contract for over 4months still waiting, and they are charging the mobile every month. i been held to my account, i have just paid this month bill, hoping to receive my puk code, they did not call back as they promise. i was charge a late payment this month. You can not speak to a customer service, they put you on hold and cancel the phone later, severally, they promise to email the puk code and yet still waiting for, is unfair and is not professional. i been with SKY over 13years, they say they value my loyalty, as soon as i decided to another service provider, its taken me nearly a year , it took me nearly 6months to move my broadband to another provider

Ive been stuck in a shelve only to wait another month to pay mobile phone again! can somebody help!!!!

We’re really sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had. Waiting months for a PAC or PUK code, being told you’ll receive call backs that never happen, and being charged after cancelling your contract is incredibly frustrating, and absolutely not the standard of service we want any customer to experience.

You should never be left feeling “stuck” on an account or chasing the same issue for this long, especially after being with us for over 13 years. We understand how upsetting and unfair this must feel, and we’re genuinely sorry that you’ve been struggling to get this resolved.

It’s also extremely disappointing to hear that your calls were disconnected and that you were charged a late fee while still trying to sort out the issue we should have helped with. That isn’t acceptable, and your feedback will be passed on so we can look into what has gone wrong and improve the support we provide.
