I was called by a customer service op to get me to agree a new deal but because I am deaf I asked if the deal could be agreed by email and I was told 'no'. I didn't realise Sky were so prejudiced

Very helpful and informative service. Helped with transfer of broadband and TV. Helped load skygo and mysky apps. Peter helped me with demonstration and use of app.
