Sky advisor sold me sky stream without my knowledge. I came in after a new phone and she said I would get phone but a sky stream arrived at my home. Sky advisor is Annette and I wouldn’t recommend

Shocking service from SKY TV
We ordered the recent UFC pay per view to watch Paddy Pimblett. The process was awkward and confusing and when we came to watch the event we were unable to do so. The following day we were still unable to watch the event. The event showed up on our next months bill.
I contacted Sky (trying to figure out how to do this in itself is an effort) via email to complain
I received numerous confusing emails back one of which said they would look into this and get back to me.
A week later I received an email saying that because they hadn’t heard from me they were closing my enquiry.
So I emailed them back to say that I was still waiting to hear back and explained the situation again.
I then received another email pretty quickly to say that they were not prepared to refund the PPV as eventually I had been able to watch it.
I replied with my frustration and threatened to cancel my subscriptions if they didn’t refund the PPV
Half an hour later I received a text message and numerous emails requesting I contact SKY as they need to speak to me to cancel my subscriptions!!! I couldn’t believe it!!
I have been a customer of SKY for 20 years and they are happy to disregard me as a customer because I wasn’t happy about paying for something I didn’t receive
SKY, you don’t deserve customers treating people like this. Disgraceful!!!
