Rita gave me fantastic service Iam a diamond customer with sky with my tv and broadband and now switching over from EE with my family mobile devices and sims. Rita put fantastic offers together and she was very professional and made everything so comfortable
I made sure I came back to Rita after she gave me my original quote

Jedir, from Ardnale, Manchester help me a lot. I have been waiting 2 years for my contract with my other provider to expired and Jedir help me with all the process with Sky Internet , he offered me a great deal. Amazing customer service and great professional!!!

I had a brilliant experience with JD at the Sky store in the Manchester Arndale. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process really straightforward.

We ended up purchasing a Sky Glass, and we’re absolutely delighted with it. JD made sure we understood all the features and helped us choose the right setup for what we needed. No pressure, no hassle — just great service.

If you’re thinking about upgrading or joining Sky, I’d definitely recommend speaking to JD. Excellent customer service all round.

At first we gave a Jadir 5* review

At first we gave a Jadir 5* review. However he asked my husband and myself to rate him in front of him and asked us to give him 5*. I ordered a mobile phone it was late in the day on Saturday. He told me that it would come tomorrow (Sunday) however it didn't come until Monday late afternoon. He also said he could save us some money on broadband without any inconvenience and that i wouldn't need an engineer in my property. This hasn't happened. It is now a week later and the open reach guy has come to do the outside work and told us that an engineer will be coming to do the inside work. I need to move my furniture and be in to have the work completed (We only agreed to change as we were explicitly told no engineer inside and no inconvenience). We didn't really need to change the broadband and now our Internet is cutting off and Sky has told us there's nothing they can do. We have to wait until Friday when they finish the installation of the fibre broadband. We're in limbo, all because I fancied a new phone!

Hi Louise, thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to read how this has played out. You should never feel pressured when leaving a review and we’re concerned to hear that you were asked to give a rating while the adviser was still present.

We’re also sorry that the information you were given about the phone delivery and broadband switch didn’t match what actually happened. You should always receive clear and accurate details about installation needs, and we understand how disruptive it is to prepare for engineer visits you weren’t expecting, especially after being assured none would be required.

Being left with an unreliable connection while waiting for the fibre work to be completed certainly isn’t the experience we want for you, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Not given all correct information

Ordered a new phone with jadir last Saturday, I was told it would be delivered the next day, brilliant, we Will stay in then to take the delivery. It wasnt delivered the next day, had to wait till Monday afternoon before it was delivered. Also signed up for super fast fibre Internet, we were told there would be no inconvenience and told that nobody would need to enter the property as it would all be done outside. However, when the engineer came to install the exterior box, told us the engineer doing the connection would need to enter the property to install some interior equipment requiring us to move all the furniture around to allow him access.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve faced with both your phone delivery and your broadband installation. This isn’t the smooth, straightforward service we aim to provide, especially when you’ve been given clear expectations that weren’t met.

Your phone should have arrived on the day you were advised, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to stay in unnecessarily and then wait until Monday for the delivery. We’ll make sure this is fed back so we can prevent similar delays for other customers.

Regarding your fibre installation, you should always be given accurate information about what the setup involves. Being told that no one would need to enter your home, only to later find out that interior access and furniture movement were required, is understandably disappointing. We apologise for the disruption this caused.
