I came in with a sim not working and i had been on the phone to skys customer service for hours trying to fix it. 10 minutes in union square and lorne and james solved the problem completely and were nothing but friendly and polite in the process. Highly reccomend

I recently signed up for a new Sky deal at the pop up in Union Square and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Daryl was super helpful, explained everything and got me a really good deal on a new Sky package including a new Sky Glass Air TV. He even wrote down on a bit of paper some helpful hints on what to do when my new TV arrives as I'm not that technologically minded. I'm now paying less, but getting more!

I saw an advert at the booth for sim only mobile deals and asked the Sky rep (think his name was Darren) for more info. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and I decided to go ahead there and then. He sat me down and put on a film for my two children to watch while I went through the details with him. Very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout. Thank you Darren! (And sorry if I got your name wrong!)

Was in Union Square a short time ago, which happens to be dog friendly. Approached the Sky Booth with a simple enquiry about whether Full Fibre was available in my area. Before finishing the sentence the ‘advisor’ walked away and said that he’d speak to me when I didn’t have my dogs. Both were under control and on a short lead, no sign of agitation or aggression. While appreciate that not everyone likes dogs, all he had to say was ‘I’ll get a colleague to help you’.
Instead he walked away too the other side of the booth and dismissed the fact I had a legitimate query.
I then asked his colleague who curtly told me ‘No, it isn’t available’

The only time they showed any interest was when I took a photo for this review.
