People complaining when most people like me got it free that's crazy but I gave you a five stars cuz I appreciate it just thought that you guys even tried to help people everybody complaining like they owe some or like you guys owe them a favor for actually looking out for everybody thank you guys I appreciate it

It’s free on the corn there a tent with a sign that reads free tables just show ID & $11.00 n it’s your. The government is giving them away. U got what you paid for. When it’s free it’s me. 200 gigabytes included. Monthly n if u run out u can add more for a small fee.

Very few apps can function properly on the e55. Connecting to wifi does not help. I will be replacing it once I have the money. Apps seem to be closing on their own also. Oh and FYI it shows three cameras on the back but only one is functional, plus bad quality photos. Pro tip: don't waste your time and just get something else if you can.

The platinum k55 is a completey malfunctioning phone ,not even worth the 99.00 price tag,should be29.99 it sucks so bad it's slow and continually freezes,I wouldn't give it to my worse enemy even,there even cheaper 40.00 sky phone models at Best Buy,I paid 99.00 for k55 model and not happy at all,maybe if I only paid 40 bucks for it ,I wouldn't be so upset,but there's way better budget phones out there so don't waste your time with a sky phone they probably all suck if one sucks the apple doesn't fall from the tree,caution before buying,it's truly a real masterpiece of the world's crappiest parts that put it together,it's worse than jap crap you can get from wish,even those phones would be better than platinum k55 sky phone,save your money and get a better budget phone alot of budget phones are good,you just gotta read reviews before deciding on any of them,sky phone is a negative 4sure. The sky octa core tablet is the worst device I've used in my lifetime,65 yrs old . This tablet is super super super super super super super slow. Constant crashes, poor screen quality, grainy blurry pictures from camera. Battery life of just a few hours, crappy sound..... I could go on, but why? I got this tablet for free, and the quality and performance was so bad i gave it away, and they didn't want it....

No internal speaker in Sky Elite Octa tablet.

The data on this table sucks i might be a my tablet for 2 days then it want work i need to to cancel t - mobile data service.

No one will contact you from their site and one cannot find replacement batteries

I bought A sky pro selfie android 8.1 brand new from staples in late 2019
7 months later, touch screen does not work properly. I contacted the sky devices several times, they have refused to respond. And now their contact us link, asks for user name and password! With no option to create one. They waste enough time for warranty to expire. They won't even respond to sell a touch screen replacement part.
Advise: Sky Phone is TRASH.

Clock loses time. Customer service, non existent. For the price, better phones out there. Do your research.

I have a platnun E5 just got it IT SUCKS!!! I download games from google playstore and when i try to open it it crashes and goes back to main menu. And when i go to my gmail it wont open my mail. And you cant get a respones from help support ive emaild them 6 times and NOTHING!!!! BAD PHONE DONT BUY

I bought a SKY 5.0Q - 5" Unlocked Dual SIM Smartphone in May, 2016, everything works well except the charger. After a few days of use, the charger failed to function properly: it cannot charge the phone in full, no matter how long you plug in.

Called the customer service of Sky Devices - the manufacturer, hopefully to get the charger replaced, but the representative asked me to fill out the form on their website because she said she cannot help. When requested the rep to transfer my call to her manager, she said okay, but I have been waiting over 50 minutes, NO ONE including her manager showed up!

Then, I went to their website trying to submit my personal info and so on, it kept showing errors. You can never reach them!

In summary, if you want to bet your luck, just go ahead and buy their products. If you need a replacement or whatever through them within your warranty period, just forget it, don't waste your time. Buyers Beware!
