Never received order - update - although it was difficult to reach customer service at first, they did reach ut to me and have resolved the issue with a full refund.

We were able to find your order and it looks like it shipped on 10/12. But, according to the UPS tracking number, it looks like the package is damaged and stuck in AZ as of Friday (10/23) . We have not received any notifications from UPS in regards to the order yet but I do see we have 3 more of the item in inventory, and so our team will be in contact shortly and we can file a claim. I do see you called yesterday and left a voicemail that has yet to be returned. We try to return all calls the same day, but unfortunately sometimes due to the volume of calls we receive, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you submit an email ticket, we also have team members monitoring those independently: service@skygeek.com. I am sorry your order was damaged in transit, and you were unable to reach us yesterday; we will be in touch shortly to help.

Don't pay for same day shipping

I placed an order online and paid for same day guaranteed shipping. Two days later I called to request a tracking number. Per the customer service rep, it hadn't shipped. I begged her to please have it ship that day (a Friday). It still did not ship until after the weekend. We probably will not order again since their same day guarantee is not a guarantee and customer service did not even make an effort to right the wrong. We did get our $10 refund for paying for same day shipping.

I see what you mean. The order should have shipped out the same day. Our warehouse prioritizes same day shipping, and unfortunately, it looks like they were not able to get this out. I do see we were able to refund it, but that we were not able to ship it out until Monday. I understand that doesn't help now, and alerted our CSR manager who reached out with tracking information, along with our warehouse team. We hope that if you choose to place another order for same day shipping, that you will contact us so that we can remove the charge or reach out so we can add it free of charge to restore confidence in order processing.

Best Price Fast Service

I have used 732 sealant at work and found that Sky Geek had the best price. There was a cost for shipping but ordering in quantity more than offset the lower price.
Delivery was faster than promised, will look for other items in the future. Thanks Sky Geek.

I see your order from 9/26 and the item currently has a 25-28 day lead time. It looks like your estimated ship date of 6 business days after your order was placed was sent prior to the timeframe being adjusted by the manufacturer. As this is a 3M in-demand COVID item, unfortunately, the dates can be pushed out due to military/government/PPE needs and any manufacturing delays. We followed up about this item again a few days ago and are awaiting a new date these will be manufactured and out the door. As soon as we get a new date, we will update your order, or please reach out to us if you need us to cancel it. Your website is easy to use and it's helpful that you quickly show what you have in stock and alternatives for items that aren't available. You quoted us an ETA and you beat it by over a week which was also VERY HELPFUL!!! We'll order again.

Doesn't know what two means.

I ordered two adapters and only received one. It lists two on the receipt, but there was only one in the package.

I see your order was placed on 9/19 and has 2 adapters listed, showing we only had 1 in stock when your order was placed and the remaining unit was expected to ship 11/19/2020. Both the order confirmation and shipping confirmation show that 1 was shipping sooner, shipped on 9/22, which was the last one we had in stock (shipped so you weren't waiting for both), and the remaining adaptor was yet to ship.

We did not receive a traceable cert

We did not receive a traceable cert. I tried calling for corrected cert, sat on hold for 10 minutes and then left a message. Ending up sending e-mail to get corrected cert which we still have not received and was told it would take 3 days to get a response.
